[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance Deduction

Dear Sir,


My self Mr. Amol A. Abhang, My mobile no. [protected](Reliance CDMA). I had recharge mobile last 3 times in this month. But the problem is my balance is reduce automatically without any activation of services. So kindly refund my balance & solve my problem as early as possible. I have also complaint in reliance customer care but my problem is not solve till date.So, kindly take quick action.

sir mere reliance ne koi nazara gsm pack apne aap activate kar diya hai.they charge me 49 rs.every month.how to deactivate it? plz help me.

from a whole month,i just facing the balance deduction problem in my mobile account.I am a reliance (C.D.M.A.) mobile subscriber.when i asked to the customer care about that deduction then they always told me that right now they have no details about my account.i so suffered from it......so please do something......

hi this is krishna kumar patel my reliance cell phone number is [protected].....on behalf of reliance they deduct my balance without any notification(via sms) and i talk to customer executive vikram sing and senior supervisor sashi triphati and they told me that thay deduct my balance of service activation..... but i did'nt activate any rubbish service ....after deduction my balance they did'nt inform me through sms....
so please solve my problem....

reliance communication-prepaid connection — wrong deduction of rs 27 every month

Hi Sir/Madam

I, Vishal Shah, being a Reliance GSM prepaid customer having number [protected]. I had activated L20 scheme of reliance in July 2010 and deactivated L20 scheme through an SMS on 29 September 2010. But on 1 oct. 2010, it was auto renewed so i had called up customer care on 26 oct. 2010 for deactivation of the same having sr no.[protected]. Further, I got a SMS on 27 oct. 2010 that it was deactivated as per my request.

But, again on 01 nov. 2010 it was auto renewed and i had complained for deactivation and refund of Rs.27 having sr no.[protected]. Accordingly, I got the refund of Rs. 27 and it was being deactivated on 3 nov. 2010. But, again on 2 dec. 2010 Rs. 27 was deducted from my account for auto renewal of L20 scheme which was already deactivated thrice on 29 sept. , 27 oct. and 3 nov. 2010.

I dont understand that why every month Rs. 27 is deducted and scheme is auto renewed when it is deactivated thrice as mentioned above. I had complained 5 times since 02 dec till now in customer care about such wrong deduction and auto renewal but i didnt got refund and it was being told that scheme is still active. I think it is their system problem that is causing auto renewing L20 scheme every month despite of being deactivated from my side.

I therefore request for refund of Rs 27 and to take a strict action for the above issues.

2 month ago, I had informed Idea Customer Care to De-activate my voice chat facilities.
they have deducted Rs. 30/- from my account in spite of various tele- communication. when I came to know, I had complained to customer care with Mr. Gokul & I got a message from him that amount will be refunded on 04.12.2010 at 5.27 pm. Vide complain no. “SR No.1-[protected], which was not refunded. I again talked with customer care and they advised that within next 4 hours your account will be credited but the situation is same after 4 Hours. I again complained to Mr. Manoj customer care vide complaint No. “SR No.1-[protected] & they advised it will be done on 07.12.2010 at 3.00 pm.

I am really shocked at this attitude of Idea Cellular .

Second Complaint

I have got a message from Idea Cellular that recharge of your mobile for Rs. 149 and get 300 minutes. I have recharged on. 06.12.2010 at 5.00 pm and that amount is not still credited.. I again lodged a complain and was advised that it will be credited in your account within 72 Hour’s.

I fail to understand the functioning of Idea Cellular and plan to approach consumer court for the losses , stress and mental agony being faced by me.

Really Shocking how reputed companies are cheating their customers making all false promises

sir with due respect i want to say that my connection no [protected] illegal balance have been deduced there is no msg about activation of any then why my balance have deduced earlier ihad had happened to me but we did not complaint but this time it is out of bound ,iwant my balance back ,yesterday my balance was approx , Rs2.50 BUT when i checked in evening it was -7.64 what is this man,i tried a lot what there is no response from reliance pls help me out

I have a running number (Rel.) [protected] from more than one year. This is my alternate no. so I use rarely.
I have been not any complained before this; from last two months my a/c balance is deducting automaticly with a charge of service pack which is I have not activated. This is being continious every month. I have called to costomer care on this matter they are saying that the is activated by me. but I don't know anything about that packes which is worthless for me. Infact I have not recd any activation msg of the same. I asked to costomer care to write a complain but firstly they refused it and after they hold my call over 30 mins. then they disconected my call.
I want to ask what is going on in Reliance co.?
Is the company's employee are being theif and their seniors are giving training to theft?
These are very sameless thing for a reputed company like Reliance.
if my query is not solved I will complain to consumer forum.

this happens with all o[censored]s. our mobile balance is deducted in the name of a service which we haven't activated. such is my case. from my gsm no.[protected], 30 rupees have been deducted. i want it back.
this is a very common problem faced by all o[censored]s. we need a solution of it.

I have Do Not Disturb service activated on my mobile number.
But still my balance gets deducted due to some or other issues.Recently for some of the Health tips they are deducting money from my account balance.Earlier also they have deducted money for caller tunes on my moblie number. Request you to pls do the needful.

Reliance Mobile — unnecessary deduction of balance & misbehave of customer executive officer

sir,
i m customer reliance mobile. my mob. no. is [protected]. sir my account balance is unnecessary deducted & misbehave of customer executive officer.
sir my balance near about 30 Rs. to 40 Rs. is unnecessary deducted in the month of nov 2010. and i try many time but there is no response from your side
so plz. take strictly action on this matter. otherwise i have to use some another ways.

My Reliance number [protected].
On[protected] 01:58am, i recharged with Rs.69 night pack(RIM to RIM free from 11pm to 6am for 30days) but still when am calling to my friend reliance number my balance is deducting. Earlier i recharged with the same pack on 28-Nov'2010 which was ended after 30 days on 27-Nov'2010 successfully. I called Customer care executives so many times but they are giving false and improper responce. I request Reliance GSM authorities for check my A/c.

I am using reliance gsm prepaid service.My balance has deducted two times morethan 30 Rs without any information.I have not activated any other type value added services.I was complaint when first time my balance was deducted.

my reliance prepaid mobile no. is [protected].I recharged it 15 days before of rs110 with full talktime & now 50 rs balance deducted without any reason. I complaint many times but no response i have till now.Give my all deducted balance back very soon.

after recharging my sms pack of rupees 39 the 6 rupees has been deducted and the 39 sms pack has cancelled with out concern. And when i spoked with pushpa who was the supervisor of reliance mobile gsm custmer care she replied very irresponsible with my quiery

dear sir,
i am using a reliance gsm number. There was a Kambola pack which my niece activated on my number. the pack was supposed to charge Rs.5/day. I got the pack deactivated the same day,as i found it completely useless.
Sir,the problem is- from that very day, 5/- are being deducted from my balance DAILY, even after getting it deactivated.
I had called the reliance customer care and asked the customer care executive to get the Kambola pack unsubscribed. Every time they say that the pack has been unsubscribed,but he next day again the balance is deducted. I am facing this problem from the last 5 days. They are not doing the needful.
Today again the same thing happened.
Kindly help me out.

Reliance Communication — DEDUCT BALANCE WITHOUT ANY CAUSE

YESTERDAY ( i.e. on 17 JAN) I RECHARGE MY CELL BY RS. 50 AT APPROX 4:00 PM ,BUT AT 8:00 PM I NOTICED THAT MY ACCOUNT IS DETUCT TO 0.1 PAISA. WHT D [censored].

from two days reliance continously deducting my balance and when i talk to customer care they said
that they cant refund my balance,so pls dont get reliance frnds .if anyone wana know more contact me @[protected]

Reliance GSM — Balance Deduction

My balance has been deducting for last 3-4 month 20Rs per month. I had complaint to customer care. They deactivated my service..but it is still going. On 21-Jan-2011 my balance deduct of 20Rs. I called to customer care...they told me that your service was activated by tele caller....but my phone was switch off for whole day..they are deducting my balance every month and they are not refund my balance ...please give me needful response. I would really thankful to you.
