Reliance Communications — BIS deactivation

My name is Utsav kumar and my number is [protected]. I am an existing customer of reliance BIS.... I first subscribed for BIS on 14th march 2012 but on completion of one month ;e on 14th April 2012 which was the due date for renewal, this service was deactivated though i had sufficient balance. I again activated this service by sending the same message for activation, a balance of 398 was debited from my account but the service was not activated though I got the confirmation message that the service has been activated. This happened on 15th April 2012. I made a number of calls to the customer care but all in vain..this service is still deactivated and the customer care guy says that there's a server problem for prepaid services and that's why this service is deactivated but Rs.42 has been debited from my main balance since 15th April 2012 because sometimes they the customer care guy said that the service is activated and when I tried to connect internet through my blackberry browser my main balance was debited...I again called the customer care to refund my lost balance that is Rs. 440 as the service has not been activated but nothing happened....20 days have passed since my first complain and yet its not resolved...this is an example of complete negligence from reliance blackberry.....they are not able to provide services but charging for the same....
Now i want my money back and I would never ever go with reliance and never would let anyone go for it as they offer the worst services. They don't even care for their corporate customers....this is pathetic and shows utter negligence from their side ....
