I use [protected] and I get unnecessary customer service calls from below mentioned numbers minimum 8 times in a day.

Really it is very irritating me when am expecting other official calls.

Reliance GSM Mobile — Calls blocked to 198 and regarding DND service

Sir/Madam,
I am having a reliance gsm connection. And my number is [protected] In the rescent past, reliance has deducted balance from my account a number of times. Any activation of any paid services was not done by me. So, i called them a number of times (to TOLL FREE NUMBER 198) and complained against this. They kept on repeating this a number of times and I too kept them calling and had a hard talk. Now, recently I observed that when I make calls to 198 for talking to customer care, my call is diverted to some ads and then the call is disconnected after that ad. I tried with other reliance numbers and found that the calls are going to the customer care of 198. I suspect that they have blocked my calls to 198's customer care.
The reason why I am trying to call is that, I have requested for DND service on 28/7/11. An sms came saying that it will be activated within 7 days. And still now I get sms from reliance and other third party's as well.
Your attention in this matter will greatly be appreciated.

Sir, i am getting a frequent calls from reliance customer service to my number [protected] and deducts my balances automatically for no reason. i don't want to get such calls from reliance any further. i tried a no. of time to catch customer care no. but i doubt whether they have any customer care service at all. please do the need ful.

Hi, This is regarding the SMS subscriptions to my mobile set on my reliance GSM no.[protected].I have not subscribed or downloaded any off the VAS Osian SMS to my mobile, the moment I recharge my phone next day I get a customer cae call and I cut it, by default they charge rs 30 and sending sms like u subscribed to VAs OSian or other nonsense... why u guyzz are doing this.I wont set or subscribed to anything till now.
