[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — to block unwanted calls and messages from customer care of reliance gsm

Dear sir,

i lost my mobile with Reliance Sim having no.-[protected].
I talk with customer care they advice me to deposit FIR COPY with document to take another Sim with same No.
But The Reliance gallery don`t receive the document.
What can i do?
Please Help me
