[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Complaint Against Reliance Communications Fake Packages on my Mobile & Customer Care Employess are all Frauds

Hello Sir,
I am Ajay from Dehradun my brother purchased a reliance lifetime Prepaid mobile few years back now the reliance

communications it is work fine but know for last 11 months they are automatically charging it for different pacakages like

India Edu etc. I have complaint several times to there customer care(Dail *333 on any reliance mobile for customer care) but

but they are not responding.They are saying that we can not deactive the pacakages and they are giving us a paid mobile no of

the third party that is providing them these services and the no they provide us are not work and no one is responding on

those no. Then we again and again complaint to there customer care then they give us a sms code UNSUB INDIA EDU & a toll free

no to deactive the pakages we does what they said but the pacakages does not deactive and a reply had camed from there server

that there is no package active on your mobile phone no to deactive. So, I think that there all Employees are fraud also they

are saying that you can complaint on consumer forun of india or in trai. Sotherefore please take legal action Reliance

Communication & There customer care employees.

Reliance CDMA — selling customers privacy to third party

hi,
now reliance company have a tie up with third party to whom reliance is selling customers privacy without any confirmation of customers. third party pays money to know contact details of customers and then they make call to that customers and tells about their products and without any request from customer they activate the services on customers phone. this is nothing but only the selling of customers privacy.

I have never activated any type of value aded service, but always reliance have deduct my bal. thats very bad reputation showing abt reliance. Yes, this type of problems are very very common for Relieance communications. I am also facing similar type of problems for long time. Even when I unsubscribe those packages, no use. It seems to be Reliance communications is most worst of all.

my problem is that, i am DND regd. customer, but from last 2 week we are reciving SMS from 53738 no., witch is is sanding unuseful sms, when we call to cc, executive tell us that these sms are waist and do not read these sms.
BUT MY Q IS THAT, WHY ARE YOU SANDING THE SMS, EVEN WE ARE DND REDG. CUSTOMER.
KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL ACTION AGAINST RIM.

Your customer care representatives regularly call me and without my confirmation activate RIM Services in my mobile [protected]. For previous records also check RANG RANGILA PACK, CALLER TUNE, MIS CALL ALERT etc.

Kindly stop this service and credit my wrongly deducted money.

I agree to Ajay. Packages get activated from the Reliance itself and its about 7 months now Rs 30 is getting deducted for a package which I dont even know what is it and what are the benefits of it.
One reply I get whenever I call the reliance CC is "It was activated from your side"
I have 2 more IDEA phones but never I got such a problem. Not even when they provide the best service.
The deduction of money shows Reliance are beggars and really the Ambanis need to BEG for money instead of deducting money without the customer approval. Atleast if the Ambani begs, I would of paid him much more amount. Atleast keep a decent talking Customer Service Representatives. They dont even know english and hindi is horrible accent. Gosh I think Reliance has kept some who have robbed, or some who never stepped into school. If you do not believe me, try calling the Customer care.. You will really enjoy the illiteracy rate over there

i am a customer of reliance GSM.
they have automatically activated the packages and they kept on deducting my balance of rs15. when i called up customer care they just gave me reply that "the packages have been activated by you. "
this is the fourth time that some package has been activated automatically activated by them. Really this shows that they are worse than beggars.

I am from Delhi owning two post paid connection [protected] and [protected] using from very long time and we have been calling customer care for the connectivity issue very frequently but every time we get to hear the same that there is conjunction in the network due to which we are not able to make calls...
If there is so who is supposed to get penalized we do get official calls and other important calls which we are not able to make, which is really ridiculous service from one of the most prestigious company on the name of Dhiru Bhai Ambani...
And even the customer care department service quality has drifted like a waterfall, they have no courtesy of speaking, the tone they use as if they are paying us to call them or we have only free time to do so..
What shall we expect from a company just the name or service
sir, i am the regular reliance gsm prepaid sim cust.
my account debites/reduce always some amount without any subscription responce by me.
And when try to cust care it shows always busy 24*7 hours .
hence very poor cust care service at bhopal.
please do something.

I am vishal Soni. i m continuously receiving messages from mobile no.[protected]. i was requested him to not message me but he is not stopping this nonsense activity. he is calling himself as Manish Sharma from jaipur.

Mobile- Reliance co — Wrongly debited amount of Rs.30/

Dear Sir,
I am a customer of Reliance com and my cell No [protected].
One very good morning on[protected] I got a SMS that Rs.30/ has been charged & debited from my prepaid balance of mobile for the service of Call Tune Service.

It was very much surprise for me, as I never requested company to start such type of service in past.

I immediately send a email to company to protesting Such type of LOOT & ROBBERY made by company in my account.

I was told by company people that as service is being using since last 24 hours, Charges are correct and cannot be waived.

My question is that -Who had given authority to company to start such type of service in my mobile ?

As per the Regulation of TRAI, No Cellular company can start such type of services in to the mobile of customer, without clear consent of Customer.

How RCOM dibeted my account without my clear consent?]
TRAI officials must take a cognizance of it and take a neccessary action against such type of LOOT made by company.
