[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Complaint Against Reliance Communications Fake Packages on my Mobile & Customer Care Employess are all Frauds

Hello Sir,
I am Ajay from Dehradun my brother purchased a reliance lifetime Prepaid mobile few years back now the reliance

communications it is work fine but know for last 11 months they are automatically charging it for different pacakages like

India Edu etc. I have complaint several times to there customer care(Dail *333 on any reliance mobile for customer care) but

but they are not responding.They are saying that we can not deactive the pacakages and they are giving us a paid mobile no of

the third party that is providing them these services and the no they provide us are not work and no one is responding on

those no. Then we again and again complaint to there customer care then they give us a sms code UNSUB INDIA EDU & a toll free

no to deactive the pakages we does what they said but the pacakages does not deactive and a reply had camed from there server

that there is no package active on your mobile phone no to deactive. So, I think that there all Employees are fraud also they

are saying that you can complaint on consumer forun of india or in trai. Sotherefore please take legal action Reliance

Communication & There customer care employees.

Complaint Against Reliance Comunications Fake Pacakages on my Mobile & Customer Care Employess are all Frauds
Again wrongly debited my account with Rs. 30/- yesterday and no one is taking responsiblity in reliance communication even nodal officer is not interested to attend my complaint.


There is a complaint against RELIANCE (WEST DELHI) because they have regularly charged Rs. 30/- for AVOICE CHAT SERVICE which is installled by the company under (OBD) from the RELIANCE COMMUNICATION, they have charged Rs. 30/- 3 times on dated 27/07/10 & 26/08/10. I want to ask that there is no provision of that becasue customer is making fool by the company and i have already registered a complaint to RELIANCE NODAL OFFICE delhi, but he does not take it seriously they are saying that they are not responbile for OBD,

NOW i have decided to go to consumer forum and i will also logged my complAINT TO DAKC MUMBAI















(I got one sms 26/08/10 that ATVOICE CHAT is active on my mobile yesterday 25th August 2010 8.27:51 a.m but i want to inform u that i have not given any request i m using this connection from the last year i have never use any VAS OR Any other service that how is it possible that Avoice chat is active on my mobile without my request and they have charged Rs. 30/- on my account for this service, now i want to refund my balnce because i have not given any request kindly credited my account with Rs. 30/-.
When I contacted on it’s customer care, there was a CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE . I asked her, how ATVOICE CHAT is active on my ph. named without my request. HE replied, it might be done by mistake by the customer care at same time you Again I said then they replied That our system was busy.

I had tried a lot but no response from their side When i have not given any request for Avoice chat service than how was it applied on my phone It’s your mistake. )

Really reliance is the worst among all the telecom services present in the market.i m also facing the same problem.packs are activated automatically and they never bother to sms that any such pack has been activated or about the renewals.further on request for deactivation the service never gets deactivated.This is really horrible, GOD help reliance service users.

Me apko yeh batana chahta hu ki pehle mujhe pichhle 2 mahine se ek number par call nhi ja rahi thi Wo bhi STD or mene bahut si complaint karayi but koi responce nahi mila or yaha tak apke Reliance staff ne mene jab or jitni bar bhi call kiya mera call cut kar diya gaya mene kam se kam 10 bar call kiya or unhone das baar cut kar diya. Or Ab mujhe usi number par STD sms nahi ja rhe hai but udhar se aa rahe hai jab mene eski complaint ki tab bhi mere saath wahi hua, Agar aap log customer ki problem solve nahi kar sakte to es custormer care ko khol kar kyu baithhe ho, Mera call har bar cut kiya. Me bas yahi chahta hu ki meri problem jald se jald solve ki jaye or apne staff walo ke sath strict action liya jaye.

Reliance company is one such of the Fraud and fake.
Reliance communication is the worst communiction in the world.The re;iance communication deduct the balances of thier own without the customer permisssion, and activate so many packs like news, sports, jokes etc, and deduct the balance from the customers.Its my problem and so many customers facing the problem.For this problem i change my 3 reliance numbers because of the same problem.If we call to the customer they should reply that, "IT SHOULD NOT BE ACTIVATE BY US.IF YOU WANT TO DEACTIVATE WE JUST DEACTIVATE THIS AND NO DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FROM ANOTHER TIME".This is the answer i get from the customer.After that they deactivate that but after 1month they renual this pack and they deduct the balance."IF WE ASK THAT HOW IT SHOULD BE RENEWAL THEY SAID THAT IT SHOULD BE RENEWAL BY U SIR WE DNOT GET INFORMATION FOR U AND THE DEDUCTED BALANCE SHOULD NOT GIVEN BY US".So i request that TROI has to take certain actions about this problem.

Reliance Mobile — Its the time to take strict action against reliance mobile as their executives fraud customers

This is Manjunath G N. I have taken new post paid cdma connection ([protected]). Actually, i have opted for number [protected]. i was told by their executive that as it is a fancy number it will take 24 hours to get activated and gave me dummy number([protected]). it had been a week of span from when dummy number activated. the executive instead stopped picking my calls. i tried calling their customer care and got some abused words from them. Reliance People are modren beggers. This is second time its happened to me in the same way. It happened same thing when i opted for [protected]. they gave me dummy number [protected]. and same thing happened. i need some action to be taken against reliance mobile communications. i am planning to file a complaint in court soon. so, guys please, dont go for reliance mobile connections. they play with you like anything. if some one can help me out in this, they can contact me. my mobile number is [protected].

RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. — Annoying service

Relince has installed an active landline phone at my home in 1 st week of january and i paid 500 Rs. of cheque against it, after 7 days the dial tone has gone , so i made complaint , they told me that your complaint will be solved in 24 hours. i waited so but nothing came up , again i made the complain, they told me we are sorry sir but this time we will definately look in to the matter and your things will be sorted imediately sorry for inconvienience caused, and i waited for 5 days , then i mailed them for this then the officer rang me and said we are unable to provide service as of network or tower problem, i said ok fine i purchased new telephone from tata indicome, and at the same time i told them for cancellation, then they told me that provide the CAN and BAN numbers which i said i do not have as i lost my bill, but they repetedly harrashing by asking the same thing otherwise they told me that the bill will come every month for non active phone and you have to pay it till you provide the said detail.
I have mailed my problem to their higher authorities but result is the same they do not want to interfear into the matter as they have their money of installation.
very bad service, reliance should concentrate more on existing customer rather advertisgment and they shouls appoint rather dicisplined staff.
i ... my mobile no. is[protected] ... got 100 rs. deducted from my balance. without instruction every mounth . when i called the customer care they r saying a pack is activated on ur mobile. i said i have not activated any pack... but they r not listening... even they r not ready to take a complaint... what is this... please take action against such things... although 100 rs. seems to be a small amount... but reliance in Delhi only has above lakh customers.
so the amount they r cheating is in million... please raise some voice. against it...

i m amiya kumar mishra.. my no. is [protected]..the reliance gsm doing monopoly in their business.. so many times it's deducted rs 30/- per month or rs. 2/- per day.. its not only my problem, in my hostel so many guys already faced this type of problem ..when'll i called to customer care they didn't respond..

pls take sum action for this type of problem..its really headache for everyone.. neither i don't use this service and told to people als..

i have purchased a reliance netconnect broadband+ n it's MDN number is [protected]..for the verification process, your man has come 4 times to our house but still they have not started my service...after the verification your man said that all my documents are ok n assured me that my connection will start within 24 hours but still i my service is inactive...
have lost my balance due to some meaningless offers which has been subscribed without my knowledge and by default. No proper response is given. Daily am receiving 7 to 10 calls from reliance for setting caller tunes or asking to subscribe to some offers... i ignore n disconnect them carefully. But somehow they have by default subscribed me to "Missyou" pack by which i have lost 60rs till now.. Am afraid to make a top up. And inturn they r blaming me for not comlaining when i lost the money the first time.. They renew the pack every 15 to 20 days n reduce all the money...

i agreed to all of you. I can't understand what they are doing with their customers no co-operation with us and snachting our valuable account balance.

is the differences between miss . das and Mr. ghosh one is ready to give information other one is talking rudely and diverting in *333 even both are complain department agent ... when today i asked the next agent to give me nodal officer no. he was saying that i can't give it please talk to our supervisor believe me neelam has given me the nodal officer no. one agent is saying why you need nodal officer no. then after saying this sentence he has disconnected my line --other one saying be online i am transfaring this call ... supervisor has never received my call although its different matter they
have transfer the call 8 times
