[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complaint Against Reliance Communications Fake Packages on my Mobile & Customer Care Employess are all Frauds | |
Hello Sir, I am Ajay from Dehradun my brother purchased a reliance lifetime Prepaid mobile few years back now the reliance communications it is work fine but know for last 11 months they are automatically charging it for different pacakages like India Edu etc. I have complaint several times to there customer care(Dail *333 on any reliance mobile for customer care) but but they are not responding.They are saying that we can not deactive the pacakages and they are giving us a paid mobile no of the third party that is providing them these services and the no they provide us are not work and no one is responding on those no. Then we again and again complaint to there customer care then they give us a sms code UNSUB INDIA EDU & a toll free no to deactive the pakages we does what they said but the pacakages does not deactive and a reply had camed from there server that there is no package active on your mobile phone no to deactive. So, I think that there all Employees are fraud also they are saying that you can complaint on consumer forun of india or in trai. my name is pawan kumar I am using reliance prepaid connection from last 2, 3 years. But now I feel some problem in signal like in metro and my friends having vodafone connection so wants to change my reliance number into vodafone so I requested for this they send me portal number rd817451 {17/10/2011} and I give my ID and this portal number to shop keeper and he done his work but my number not change in vodafone shopkeeper told to talk with customer care and I try from last 5, 6 days when they connected and I told about my problem they always told that system is down please call after some time and I call again they talk same please call later last date of portal number was 01 Nov 2011 but still they are not responding so I request please help me

recently i i gt connection of reliance broad band of 300kbps combo plan ..from the first day i facing slow speed connection problem .. i call so many time to customer care bt .. they r nt ready to listen my complaints. they always say that .. we resolve u r prb .. n close complaints .. i m very much frosted with that connection .
from the first day of connection .. reliance people cheat me .. sale executicve told me that u gt download speed of 50kb/s thn installation engeeneetr told me 40 kb/s n nw customer care says u get only dn speed 25 kb/s the reliance people like that cheat me .. n nw i m getting down load speed of 7kb/s ...
.. sir i m requesting u to plz do sumthing or gv me sum solution from reliance .. n what i doin this case /.

I have done a recharge of Rs.197 which includes 520 min free to any other mobile on 5-9-13. Today its showing that minutes are utilised as well as my balance of Rs.33 got deducted. I always carry the pack for 30 days. I do not use my cell much. So it is not possible to get it utilised in just 4 days. If this way they would deduct the balance, then the normal college going student will have to spend all his pocket money making recharge . I have complained many times in customer care but no action has been taken regarding this. I will be thankful to you if my problem get resolve as soon as possible.
