[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — New prepaid connection

Dear Sir,
I have taken a new Reliance mobile prepaid connection on 28.11.08. The number is [protected]. But till date my connection is not activated. Please look after the matter and arrange to activate my connection at your earliest.

Prepaid connection — Identity problem caused by the vodafone dealer-KARUNA WORLD-KOLKATA

Every time ther is a massage coming into my no.
regardig the proper documentation.Though it has been given by me at the time of taking the connection .It is a 2yrs old prepaid connection.

Reliance Prepaid Connection — Activation

I purchase a new No. [protected] dated 5-8-08 & put a balance of Rs. 496/- and communication was good with that no. but at 24.08.2008 that sim showed rejected
Unfortunatly I purchased a new sim and trf. that same no. in that sim form Jai maa Electronics, Add H-43, Bali Nagar New Delhi-110015, Ph no.[protected]-32603270, form 4 day the sim has not been activated they looks helples to help me.
It is a shop not a webworld It was not in my mind so I am very puzzled and got dizzy because of not activation, Kindly help Me

Prepaid connection — till date connection is not activated

Sir,

I have taken a connection bearing no [protected]. It was active only 2/3 days. After that a message shown in mobile that as your address proof is not proper.

I have submitted my voter ID as photo ID and an address proof declared by my present employer AREVA T&D PVT LTD NAINI Allahabad .

Thousands of connection are active in the name of AREVA T&D INDIA and address declared by them.

So there should not be any problem with the address proof.

Now in this regard i would request you to activate my no as early as possible.

Dear sir,

I have taken a new prepaid reliance connection 10 days back my number [protected] but still its not activated. Two times i have submited documents but dealer had not submited my documents . So give me another way for submiting the documents.

Reliance Prepaid Connection — New Prepaid Connection Not activated

Dear sir, I purchased Prepaid connection cards with the following details from Reliance Web shop near HDFC Bank Bhuj, Gujarat:

After my repeated queries to the show room manager (Tele: [protected]), the consistant answer he has been giving is it will be activated in next 15 Min and like this now tenth day of the same answer and to my dismay there has been no significant acction taken by the dealer to satisfy my query. Further My calls at 1300 hrs, 1512Hrs, 1515hrs, of today i.e. 16 mar 09 have not been attended to by any employee of the shop. I was deprived of being connected with my family for last 10 Days when they are in grief. With ths only one question, Is 'Reliance" reliable any more?
i have taken a new prepaid reliconnection 5 days back my number [protected] but still it is not activated .

I bought new Reliance GSM postpaid connection on 13nd Aug 2009. I have give the required document likes address proof and Photo. One of the Execuitve vistied to my address and confirmed the address.

He told me that my connection will be activated very soon. But the connection is still not activated. Also No number has been allocated yet.

He told me that my Prepaid account will be convirted to postpaid very soon. But the still not activated.

I received a call from you people asking me to get a post paid connection on the same prepaid number. I agreed to pay, on 9th of dec. 2012 a man from reliance came at my home address and i payed security charges, with all te relevant documents. He said number will be activated after verification. I received verification Call from you and was told number will be activated in 24 hrs. next day agai a verification call, then same reply, then after 3rd verification she said it will be activated in 2 hrs. Its been 1 week now i have not been contacted with anyone the lady with whom i spoke last time i called her then after that she stopped answering my phone.

I have no clue where to go.
Please refund my money or activate my number. or i will take some other steps.
