Dear sir i using your samrt gsm sim.i have to GPRS recharge with 303 Rs.Recharge Date 03.01.2009 but right now my mobile r not cunect to internet, i vewing only i message :eror, eror, eror, eror, eror, er i have to call reliance samrt gsm customer care but ther r not activity my problem(they r Rahul) kindly request plz quick solve my problem. Hello, on 26 jan 2009 i bought new gsm card.but i a not able to start gprs. i send message to 55100 as all but they say ur handset not supported.so i called customer care and they told me that i will not be able to start gprs on my sony w810i phone.is it like that.i dont think so because i run other operator gprs through same mobile. please help me regarding it. my mobile number is [protected]

I using mobile NOKIA 5130 Xpressmusic and your samrt gsm sim. I have to recharge with Rs.45 in April-2009 with want GPRS setting, but till date not received any setting in my mobile & not connect to internet, I viewing only one message :eror, eror, eror, eror, eror,

Dear sir i have purchased a Reliance GSM sim 20 days back. Now i want to activate GPRS. I have no handset at all.Before i purchase a handset i cheked the status of hte simcard with various handsets like Nokia e 51, nokia 5200 nokia3110i samsung sghi200 and so on.After all these efforts i got the message every time that Dear custemer your handset informatiion not present in data base. hey the same problem is mine.from last four days m waiting for the gprs setting which was confirmed by the gprs department lady khushboo she told me yesterday in fraction of seconds i will get my settings online and hell i didnt got my settings for Sony k810i aur yaar uske baadse to mera call bhi nahi lag raha customer care par aur m unable to recieve any sms from any network reliance is at its worst stage . . .
I am using nokia 5130, and a reliance gsm sim, When i send All to 55100, i was given the configuration settings but my handset doesn't seemed to support it ... what do i have to do to enjoy internet on my phone... Do i have to update the software... Please help

Hello I am Rupesh from Midnapore town (WB).
I have a Reliance Smart connection (No.[protected]). Last Saturday (25the October) I have recharged my mobile with Rs. 303/- easy recharge for Internet access. That day I got the GPRS setting for my Mobile (Sony Ericsson S500i) from Reliance Smart service against 5.some rupees. But it was not working. When I am going to access Internet from my mobile, it gives an error message “Connection failure. Check settings. If problem persists, please contact your operator for support”. After that several times I have contacted with reliance customer care executive. 4/5 times I got settings for my mobile. But still the problem persists. Then 28th October again I have complained for my problem. My complain no. is 78908338. But till now I have not the remedy against my problem. My Rs. 303 /- gone. I have never seen this type of worst communication service & customer care service. Please help me.
