I am a reliance prepaid customer. My no.is [protected], I was getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. i requested before but till now its not working So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls &sms as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I dont know whom do i need to contact to get rid of these junk calls. I have sent some 2-3 complaints to reliance regarding this but in vain.

I m very much annoyed with the service of Reliance CDMA service of Jharkhand Circle. I have a number on which always they activate value added services like Mobile Radio, Love Messages, Cricket Update without request and cut the amount from the main balance.

My name is vipin singh from mumbai. I have a postpaid connection([protected]). 4 days back without any reason they suspended my service. when i called them up, i have been told they also don't know why my service has been suspended. they told me to go to the webworld. I had gone to Borivali webworld twice. But no action has been taken. they don't understand the costomer's problem. Till now My no is not active. My business was depend on this no. I will never take this connection in future. and i will not advice also...

Reliance Communication — yet not activate do not disturb service

i tried several times to activate do not disturb service
but company server never response nor the complain is accepted by service center

My land line no[protected] is dead since 10 days I made complain via ivr .no is[protected] dt 19/08/09.again I made phone 2 ur call center they gave me new complain no[protected] dt 22/08/2009. I have made 5 calls 2 ur call center but nothing was resolved except assurances.When i want 2 talk senior officers ur calllcenter people me took on hold 4 very long long time, till i did not talk ur senior officiers

My mobile number is [protected] and I'm a registered subscriber of DND. Though the mobile number is registered on Do Not Call Registry, still India Today is sending SMSs and are calling me unwantedly. Whenever I'm called by them, I'm informing them that I'm the member of DND and requesting them not to contact/send SMSs to my mobile. But they're least bothered about this and are still continuing.


Please advise how this can be stopped since they send SMS using TEXT ADDRESS instead of telephone number (may be through internet sms).
