AirTel — irresponsible Customer Care Executives

Dear Sir,
Last 1 month I am compalaining to Customer C. Exe. that why they convert my Friends plan to Normal without taking any type of order from my side & I last 1 month used to make a call regulally but they not taking any type of interest.
And time to time they deduct my balance also & when i ask why you deduct, they said "sorry sir wrongly we have dedudcted 7 with in 4 hrs. i 'll return u" but my money never comes to my account.

Dear sir plz try to Solve my problem...
1. Give my old Plan, which was Friends I dont want Normal Plan.
2. Return my deducted money.

Cell One northeast — Incoming barred for no apperant reason

I am a cellone subscriber since last 4 years i have just taken a jeewan sathi connection on my no [protected] and now my troubles started some times outgoing is barred and interestingly now incoming is barred the call center says bills are pending though all bills are paid and why would you bar incoming calls for the payment reason outgoing should be barred it is absurd and stupid i hope they realize the problem and solve.

RCOM — indiabulls - very bad service

I am very discontent on trading services provided and managed by indiabulls.

I have a trading account in indiabulls - mumbai colaba branch, first time I adivised Manager to assist me for trading tips to buy small shares.

As he has directly suggested me to sold everything from account and buy future options. In that I lost everything...tell me how to recover it

If you can not grow money by giving tips.. then you should not play and loose investors money.

Even managers are giving nonsense replies on loosing money... that mean you are running business to loose investors.

We have taken wireless phone connection of Reliance Communications in Meerut Cantt so that we get easily contact with ur older parents.Whenever we use to dial the no, it is immediately disconnected the no.is switched off, no.doesnot exist. etc..I wanted to contact the customer care executive, They told me to check out but all in vain, no answer.Even Reliance co has not given any complaint deptt phone nos and email address.Where to make the complaint and who will take the responsibility ????/

Now to get a new connection, I called up Airtel customer care, even he told me to contact me within 24 hrs.They have not approached me yet.When I called him, he asked me the reference no.which was not given by the previous executive.

Reliance Mobile — without call decreased the recharge amount

Reliance Communications — My billing address got changed by their mistake and it's not getting updated after 1 month of continious follow-up

My billing address got changed by their mistake and it's not getting updated after 1 month of continious follow-up and even after submitting all the documents they required. Its' so frustrating that it happened due to mistake on their side and I'm continiously visiting web world and returning back with false promises. I'm their 3 year old customer and planning to dump them as I'm getting frustrated with them day by day. Please let me know whatever is required from my side to make them feel their mistake.

am registered on DNC Registry and it has been activated. I am still getting telemarketing calls and SMS's from various numbers. I have tried lodging a complaint in the Reliance customer care services via phone calls but each time I get to hear that "It will be taken care of", "The server is down" etc. but nothing has been happening. I have been getting disturbed by the same numbers repeatedly

My plan's expriety wil be 2012.when i contact my customer care for this problem they are not take seriously. i m very fed up now. Please help me

Reliance Broadband Services — payments have made but service bar

I am Rahul Gupta, residing H-316A Saurabh Building 7 Bungalows Andheri (w) Mumbai. I was out town for some family purpose in fro last few weeks then i come here on 2nd of June, when i come I found my services are barred due to payments not paid. then i paid all my dues with immediate effect, and they promised to me to resume my services with in 24 hours but after 24 hours I found my services still barred, I called the customer care they again promise me for next 24 hrs. I made several complaints, but still my services are barred. this is 8th of June, but i am unable to login because they still my didn't resume my services, I am facing so much problem specially doing my bank work which I can't do from outside. I also do a little work for share market, but i am getting loss in that as I am unable to work on time. I also talk to their supervisors two time first he said with in 12 hrs your services will be resume then in second time she said surely in 3 hrs you can login. but the problem is still there. I request to please suggest me what I should do?

from last three months and the carges of Messages are added in my bill.

I have talked
with your network taem they told me that they will sove this prob and they accept tha problem is their side
but nothing solved
and thay also told that thay may remburs my maony in my current bil.
even your calling team iretate me because
of regular calling for payment.
Please do the need ful other wise i have
to change the network.

Telecom — No result for my complaint to reliance

i recharged my number with tarrif voucher Rs 120 but after sometime it was again recharged by tarrif voucher Rs 49 by someone else on 27/07/09 and i complained to customer care several times but i got no response for my complaint and they said it was by mistake.
Again i recharged my number by tarrif voucher rs 120 and again it was recharged by rs 49 tarrif voucher on 01/08/09 and i complained for it to regional manager, u p east, b t c house, gomti nagar on 05/08/09. Again they said to me that we cant do anything for this. now whenever i think to recharge my nu ber i am afraid that same thing will happen. So please help me for this.

my mobile number is [protected]. i m not contact in your customer care from my personal mobile from last 1 month.i launch so many complains from ambala web world and your customer care but nobody solve the problem.In your customer care executives are irresponsible everybody is disconnected my phone without solving the problem.I m so tired please solve this problem.Thanks
