Dear Reliance team,

This is to inform you that I am purchased one Reliance cdma SIM. Mobile no is [protected]. my connection is still is not activated.

Id proof, address proof already submitted. Past 3 days informed to reliance customer care but still no revert.

Kindly confirm when it will be activate?

My Reliance no -[protected], i have teriff of Rs 48 and top-up of Rs 301 . but my balance is only Rs 10. However only i have talking for only 1hr . please follow up my complain.

Reliance CDMA — Very Upset due to Without permission/any message different different services activated.

Dear,
I am really upset due to bad service of Reliance. Using. But the last couple of month is really very horrible for me since our family was using it since last 7-8 years..

In our two cell no - [protected] (Gurgaon) and [protected] (M.P) since Last 5-6 months automatically different different services activates and deductes amount. I am regularly complaining about the same and also done whatever requires to deactives the service.

When I talk to the customer care they says very funny thing (irritating after 5-6 month) that the services was activated by your request and after amount deduction you had deactivate the service. How could a person will do that, although after every discussion with CC I made humble request to disable all the service, but still its going on :( . Yesterday I lost 30 bucks and now If nothing goes happen will STOP using RELIANCE.

I am very disturbed how can Reliance activate any thing in my no. without my permission and deduct Rs
from my A/C. So please help me, i m very obliged.

Note : I NEVER RECEIVE ANY SMS FOR SERVICE ACTIVATION AND ALSO THAT THE AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED. YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE REGULARLY FOR THAT... very bad...

Its very disguisting to have poor network in Rajiv nagar locality in Nasik city.Is GSM service is in such a poor state? Should we have to conect or disconnect?All other networks are working smoothly here.Pls rectify the problem at earliest.

Dear Sir,
I am a Reliance GSM customer from Mumbai, My mobile no. is [protected] registered on my name bhavik vijay jain.

Since few months reliance has been subscribing to services like Shayari pack, CRBT and Mobile Radio. and all these services are activated with my confirmation. details of subscription are as follows:

[protected] THE TUNE SET SUCCESSFULLY ALONG WITH FREE PROMOTIONAL TUNE.(this was automatically set by reliance and Rs.30/- were deducted from my account)

[protected] SHAYARI PACK RENEWED(when this message was recieved, but there was no shayari pack subscribed so there should be no issue of renewal and Rs. 30/- were deducted)

[protected] UNSUBSCRIBED FROM CLALLERS TUNE FAILED (this message states that. my no. was not unsubscribed so i have to continue and Rs. 30/- were deducted)

[protected] CRBT RENEWED (this time it was automatically renewed without my confirmation. and Rs. 30/- were deducted.)

[protected] CRBT RENEWED (this time it was supposed to unsubscribe as per customer support executive, but it was renewed and Rs. 30/- were deducted.)

[protected] CRBT UNSUBSCRIBED (after my above complaint it was unsubscribed)

[protected] MOBILE RADIO 22.39.13 (this was activated on 1st nov,2009. when Rs 30/- were deducted, but confirmation of subscription was recieved by me on 30th Oct, 2009. so how it is possible to notify a customer before subscription is activated.

today, i.e. 04 dec. 2009, i had conversation with 3 customer support executive and all of them states different excuses.

1st said it was subscribed by me on 1st nov. 2009 at 1.39.13 am (Midnight) by recieving and following-up call, the 2nd said it was subscribed by sms on 1st nov. 2009 at 1.39.13 pm (afternoon) but when asked for details he disconnected the call. the third person said it was subscribed by me on 1st nov. 2009 and money was deducted on 1st nov.2009 at 1.39.13 pm (afternoon).

Please let me know what procedure is to be followed to for the following:
1) claim of a refund of my money.
2) escalating the complaint to higher level(if it is not resolved)
3) proof of subscribing the above said service (Mobile Radio especially)

My prepaid a/c no [protected] (karnataka) were debited Rs.3/- on 3/12/09 and Rs.30/- on 5/12/09 on RMS service without my permission. While chckeing with Customer care centre in Bangalore Mr. Ajay and some one whenever we are calling system is not working you after 10 minits. They are not connecting to their superior also.

Kindly provide the solution at earliest, otherwise we need to go for consumer forum seeking our rights.

When i confirmed the same from the dealer he let me know that same has been submitted at local reliance office at that given day i approach Rword office of panipat the Customer care executive who was sitting there refused to take my identity proof there not only this they refused to log a complaint also.They told us that we have to again cross check the same from the local dealer from where we have purchase the SIM Card.

Please let me know that all the dealer's who are selling your product are dealing with us on behalf of our company. But still both of them are Dealer As well As Rword is playing me Marry -Go- Around. Please tell me sir is there any my fault in it .Not only this i m not able to make call tho the customer care number of yours to log a complaint. All the time the Customer Care Executives told us that the system is not working fine that is why i am not able to make call to CCare from RIM Number from the purchasing date. But when i am trying to make call to CCare from other RIM number it is working fine & easy accessible.


At last still i would like to request u to please understand my problem & waiting for you positive response.

kindly do not call for any Mr.Mahesh Parmar as i m receiving calls daily in the mid of meeting and also during mid-night i m getting the calls from [protected], [protected] do not call in future any time for Mr.Mahesh Parmamr in spite of telling that stupid customer care executives that this number do not belong to Mr.Mahesh Parmar still hey keep on calling. My mobile with relience simply 99 plan from Dehradun (Western UP) has stopped receiving signals after Bhubneshwar in Orissa while traveling from Bhubneshwar to Paradip. Contacting local customer on [protected] was of no help as they said my circle is different and they did not even help me get the customercare no of my circle. I was taken by surprise since I held Reliance communicatiion in high esteem. On manual search for network the following get displayed IND 52, IND 753, IND 041, IND 878, IND Airtell, Cellone, Aircell but nothing about Reliance whereas checking up with locals all Reliance were receiving signal from Reliance Tower. Can anyone Help me with this unique problem.

I never expected such services from RELIANCE-- being a well reputed brand name. Even after my repeated complaints & requests, same practice is being followed by ur BAKWAAS executives. Today i.e.,[protected], at 07.44pm i have also contacted ur customer care where i spoke to ur specially unqualified executive Mr.Subhash who neither gave the complain number & nor did he recieve the complaint.

Kindly look into the matter & reimburse my all deducted amount immediately and dont force me to approach the consumer forum.

Reliance Communications Service — Forced subscription to unwanted services

Dear Sir,

I am a user of reliance mobile communication service with prepaid connection mobile number [protected]. Nearly every month I get the message " Your subscription renewal for Khel khel me service for Rs. 30 is due on[protected]. to unsubscribe SMS Unsub 1154 to 155223 (Toll Free)" from the no. 56785. I have never subscribed these services nor any else have ever used my mobile to use these services.When I send message to unsubscribe these services.Reply comes "this package does not exist please send request again with correct key words" .When I repeat the answer is same.I had called to the customer care of reliance mobile and filed the complaint nearly one month back they assured me these messages will stop. Now again they have started coming again. I do not what to do further to stop these. services completely. Please help.
