Id proof, address proof already submitted. Past 3 days informed to reliance customer care but still no revert.

Kindly confirm when it will be activate?

Reliance Communication — 12 days and not able to connect to the internet

I launched a complaint on 20th july and got reply from RCOM Care on 21st july,2011 on this portal and the reply was:

"Hi Brijesh,

But its been 3 days now (24th July,2011) and still I am not able to connect to the internet. I don't know how this firm is working where there is no coordination between departments(Customer Care and Back End).

I am seriously fed up and now I am planning to send a Legal Notice to concerned depatment regarding this.

reliance mobiles(communication) — after taking money,,service is not providing...

as i am using reliance CDMA mobile service..at every month end auto renewal of sms package costing 19 rs. beind done by them...in this month also same procedure held but benefits of same i am not getting and instead of deduction of 1 paisa per sms,they are cutting 50 paisa even today,,,i have complained twice,,once they assured that complaint is resolved,,but that is not so,,,...so i want benefits of same service,,and refund of my wastage money too...
I too had bad experiences with many of these sites and damn irritated. Finally I found one interesting site which they have started very recently but the problem is they offer services only on yahoo.

If any of you are interested, please try this.

Reliance Communications — Improve your systems

This msg is for the big guys in the company. As a business personnel is good to focus on the profitability of the company but for that first look at your services. At times reliance behaves like a stupid roadside company where systems don't seem to be in place at all. Once i received a call from the reliance communication asking for payment & I was extended an option that a representative will be sent to collect the amount. I paid the bill but for next 5 days faced the harassment as the so called representative forgot to credit the payment to my account.
Also in last 3 months twice it has been that I make the payment for which i receive a msg from reliance saying "Thanks for the payment". Till then it is perfectly fine. But thereafter I receive a call from the local reliance communication office saying " Sir your due date for the payment is 7th, please make the payment to avoid late payment charges".
Why are you hell bent on making a fool of yourself?? The system which generates a msg of thanks to the customer, can't it communicate your staff that this customer has made the payment.
I think Mr. Ambani has chosen a wrong name for the company. As this clearly shows a serious lack of communication within the organisation, within it's departments.

reliance CDMA cell phone connection — Customer address change pending since last two years

It is unfortunate that after so many emails and reminders to you, our billing address has not been changed by your office. We are really fed up with this issue.
We have decided to apply for disconnection if this issue will not be solved within 15 days.

hi, i have been using reliance gsm sim from the last 4 month, and i am really very unhappy with the services whice reliance is providing the customer.
i had already word with cust care excutive lot of time and registerd complains as well.but still i am not getting proper responce from your side.
whenever i used gsm sim inside my house i found that there is no network.

On 11 th thid month they (Reliance GSM )had deducted my amount Rs:30/- 13 th Rs:10 /- and 14 th Rs:10/- total Rs: 50/- from my connection. I am not activated any caller tones, Astrology, Bollywood gusiss jokes& funs from my mobile. But your deducted my amount, What your doing? whether ur doing right? I had complaint somany times but they r not act properly, they r not responce properly, I am a customer from 2004 to till below i shown my No by Yearwise using,

2010 to till [protected] GSM . From 2004 to till i am using ur Reliance connection ur treatment is very good to deduct amount. I am an Educated person ur deducting my amount, What about an Un Educated people? That'why iam taking 1 Decission I destroy all my Mobile No's. And take Awareness to the peoples what Reliance communication are doing. The same will put my Face book and also my Known Peoples Yours Frudness How the ur doing Frud. Youknow that from Mobile Portibility how much you lost nearly 8% costemers urnot Reliase from that then be ur doing frud. Now i am take pludge I will Disconnect nearly all my connection and take Awareness of your frudness.

Reliance — unauthorised activation of offers and reducing balance

dear sir,

i have a reliance connection in my sister's name. ([protected]). i am regret to inform you that reliance service provider activating unauthorized offers to my phone and it reduces balances regularly.

i contacted customer care and they will revised the amount. the fact is that whenever they deactivate the offer, next day another offer activate and reduce balance.

that made me to call customer care once a day.

kindly tell to stop such bad practice.

even though there is a facility called number portability they are not bothering about this.

My balance has been decreasing at an amount of Rs. 20/-. i lost balance without any use.Most of the time it is happening and balance is deducted on the regular basislike 2rs 1rs...etc... I do not want to activate any type of messages which i am getting by way of telemarketing. please register my number in favour unwanted telemarketing. Please do cancel activation if it is activated for any unwanted telemarketing.
