I have written following email to reliance customer care on 7th Feb. 2011. The same is copied here.

I have bought the above prepaid chip in Oct. 2011. At that time I had already submitted the required documents twice to the vendor. Now I am facing the following problems.

1. Your customer care guy Mr. Shivnan says, the documents are not furnished. Kindly let me know, what are the documents required and the same
I will email you.
2. I have not requested for CRBT service & already you have debited Rs.2.00 Kindly credit my account immediately with Rs.2.00
3. I paid Rs. 50 to recharge my account on 04/02/2012 and got the credit of Rs. 40. After that I have not made any calls but the balance shows
Rs. 6.62 Please send me complete statement since the purchase of this chip because before also lots of money is debited from my account on
one pretext or the other.
4. I am continuously receiving calls from following nos. which is very disturbing. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
Kindly stop these calls.

I bought a Reliance Tablet and theen paid Rs4500.00 towards subscription for 12 monthes 3G sim card withe an offer of 1GB data per monthe withe effect from 08the December 2011. trouble started in January 2012 itself when Reliance started charging me for thee use of Data and every time I paid Rs50.00 towards talk time it vanished automatically witheout having used thee call for even a single second. I complained several times but got thee message therough SMS theat thee matter will be resolved withe in two working days but in vain. On 9the March2012 I took a talk time of Rs50.00 but by evening it vanished and again on 10the March2012 I paid Rs 50.00 for talk time. You have deducted money withe out my usage. I only use net on Tablet PC theen why are you deducting charges when I have subscribed for one year?
I have written to TRAI for redress of my grievance and if your attitude does not improve I shall go to Consumer Court please take theis as notice.
I want to know thee data usage and balance at any given time but I am unable to do so as you have not activated such service in your network like otheer service providers. Please let me know thee procedure to know my data usage balance at any point of time.
Please improve your services or face action from TRAI and thee Consumer Court.
By subscribing to your net work I have done thee greatest blunder of my life. I am mentally harassed, please redress my complaint and do reply to my queries.

Reliance Comm — unauthorised recovery from balance

dear sir, RCOM is in habit of doing un authorised recovery from balance of his customers, this does not earn a good name for RCOM and users are now running away from RCOM only because of cheating ideas of RCOM. In long time this strategy will fully destroy the image of this company. I am user of RCOM services but many times I was cheated on this and that account. IN this connection, I would like to lodge one complaint again that I am using a RCOM Pre Paid No, [protected]. I had a balance of Rs. 92 as on 23.06.12. All of sudden it reduced to Rs. 62/ without any use. RCOM Cut Rs. 30/ on any flimsy ground. This a strategy of this company. Please avoid it and note that this will definitely let company to earn some amount but this will like to cut a golden egg hen to get all golden eggs at a time but nothing will be gained. Please please stop to harrass the customers in this way and arrange to refund my balance at the earliest. thanking you.

My mobile has been lost today at around 9:25 pm which i realised at around 5-10 minutes later.Since then I am considering to block my sim by calling ur customer care no.198. However, the reply i am still receiving at 12:05am is that server is down and will get corrected in 2hrs.Further, the concerned person has is neither ready to collect details and verify them at later date nor is he ready to specify whats the alternative for the same.However, I have deactivated the no. by ur online service no.[protected].But it was reverted that it will remain deactivated for only 3-4hrs.
Hence, its a humble request that after those 4 hrs. kindly do the needful to block it.
