[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — BOL INDIA BOL network nahin to bolega Kya

Reliance Mobile , the worst service provider in the mobile sector.
But it's still operating , and expanding with the high profile promoter back up only .
During my last 18 months travel experiance with reliance mobile I came accross approx. 21 locations in Maharastra , Andhra Pradesh , Uttaranchal , Orissa , 1lac plus population and having no reliance network .
Company management got the fund to run TV/Radio/ Press advtg. , but no fund to expand the covage .

The worst experience is , when you contact the service assurance of Reliance Mobile regarding this ..they reply :

With reference to your complaint, we request you to provide us with the following details:Alternate contact number, if any.Best time to contact you at the alternate number.Exact nature of the issue.Number of network bars displayed on the handset.Exact location like inside premises or outside, where the coverage issue is experienced.Whether the issue is experienced at all places.Complete address with landmark.Since when are you experiencing this issue?The details furnished by you would enable us to assist you better.
The gist of the company policy is very simple , we have to recharge , buy talktime from the Reliance Mobile to furnish them feedbacks

Reliance India Mobile — network

Dear all/any ears of reliance india mobile customer care,

This is regarding the complaint for no network for a certain area.The biggest issue is this that whole of the area named urjanagar in Godda in the state of jharkhand has been facing the issue of no network for every 2 days in a week.Latest one is from 06/07/08 till date i.e. 09/07/08.Even after complaining for the same matter since March '08 there are no records in customer care.But they do have the record for one thing i.e. BILL .Apart from none of the customer care people are ready to help.Can you people look into the matter.
Hi There,

I am Rafik. In last week of May I have taken a life-time prepaid connection of reliance smart (Number-[protected]). The retailer activated my SIM immediately. But on 9th June 2009 my connection has been suspended. Now neither I am able to make any outgoing calls nor do I receive incoming calls. Even I can't make calls to the reliance customer care.

Then onwards i tried my best to contact reliance customer care service but i was
surprise last 24hrs there is nobody in customer care to provide service.

If Reliance value for a customer can anyone answer the following few questions for me?

I can't understand regardless of whatever might be the case why I shouldn't be allowed to make calls to the customer care under such circumstances?

I have submitted the documents in time and contacted the retailer. He told me he too submitted the documents. Still I am deprived of the service for last couple of hours. Why should I be penalized in this scenario?

If the documents are so important then why do you activate a connection before getting the documents on the very first place?

I would like to know how that is my mistake. I have submitted all the supporting documents to the retailer. Does that not make it your responsibility?

Why should the end customer is being advised to do such stupid follow ups? It’s a problem between you and your retailer. Why do recruit such irresponsible person? Why should I spend my valuable time on all these?

Reliance Mobile — having issue with the Reliance mobile

Reliance mobile is deducting money for any reason
sometime they deduct 30 rs or sometime 50rs
after calling customer care *333
they keep on saying "you have activated value added services like caller tune, internet, anything"
but we dont activate such thing
every month there is balance deduction from my mobile

problem . please any one support me for this problem . when i was called up the custmer care
servieces .the custmer care offiecer irrated to me when iam raised my complane in regarding

Reliance Mobile — Misguiding the all people in India

Dear Sir,

I had recharged my prepaid mobile [protected] for Rs. 200 & a sms pack of Rs. 25 on 18.01.2010 after watching the advertising hoardings about the sms package & the printout of my boss's bill (Copy Attached). There on the bill it is clearly mentioned that in Rs. 25 pack the free sms will be 500 per day & after that 1p/sms. But they are charging .50 paise per sms after 500 sms's. Please look into the matter urgently. This company is making fool of everybody. Please find the attachment where it is printed clearly.

Please take the necessary legal action against this.

I also want my refund back.

Myself Anupam had taken Reliance Connection March last week 2010 from WestBengal, Dist Burdwan-713103
Mobile no of reliance prepaid connection - +91 [protected]

The connection was withdrawn from your side stating that documents was not submitted accordingly.Though i have given the documents still this has happened.Nobody informed me that you have not received the document.
This actually happened after fifteen days o[censored]sing the connection, then again I have submitted connection got active after that again you people are saying we have not received the document, now you peple want those documents again.

I don't understand what the hell you people are doing sitting over their???????
U people commit mistake and blame ur customers that they have not produced the document.This is quite ridiculous and horrible...

Its my fault that I had taken your connection .I am also working in service industry for the past five years but the services u people are providing its unexpected...

Because of this kinds of activities people say u people are fake, Airtel is far better...

Reliance — Mobile network

My balance was reduced by Rs. 30 for 'one 97harbhan15' service provided by Reliance . i immediately unsubscribed the service, yet my balance has not been restored. i want my balance to be restored as i discontinued the service and haven't used it or subscribed for it..... above facility automatically loaded by reliance without my information.

Reliance India Mobile — NO NETWORK

I am a Dr. by Profession & have been using Reliance Mobile since last 6 years.
Also we are having 4 Reliance CDMA connections in the family. Now the problem is that these people
have become careless in terms of Network coverage. I & my family members are facing no network
problem since 4 days. Also we are not able to contact the Reliance customer care dept.
Pls. do something. Or else provide us with the contact no of some authorities of Reliance mobile so we

Reliance Mobile — service

i have been using rliance mobile (prepaid) mobile from last few years but unforsunatly from last few month the service provider has deducted Rs. 30/- to 40/- each time whenever i recharge my mobile in the name of CRBT service without any subscription.Similarly as an when i tried to unsubscribe the the CRBT service I got an reply "your request cannot be processed at this time kindly retry".

Sir This is ASHUTOSH TRIPATHI having cell no -[protected] reliance will automatically deduct balance and activated services by his own without any information to the client more then 20 times they will deducted and i disabled service all the time his agent says it will not deduct balance amount next time but it will not happen it will deducted from my cell if you want you can trace recorded how many times i called them but all the time technical problem we cant check your issue I want back my all balance which they deducted reliance is really BAD service provider as in customer care
Lost Sim Card…


This is Mr. Jitendra Bhateley holding reliance GSM No.[protected] from the past one year. I have lost the sim card on 27th June 2011 and the complaint was made to reliance customer care and the out going of number was barred. (Thanks for at least reliance could help me out with this)



Now the problem starts here…I visited the web world at borivali (w) Mumbai on 5th July, for the new sim card for the same number. Now to my horror and surprise am I being denied the replacement for the simcard, because the address in the reliance data base don’t match my actual address. They directed me towards the nodal office. Were I spoke to Ms.Sweety who in return tried to call the manager of the web world ( Ms.Priti). Now Ms priti is not answering her calls.



I called nodal office again on 6th July and spoke to Sweety again, she was not able to help me out again because she could not get in touch with priti again. Then I called up nodal office again on 8th July and spoke to imran as Sweety was on leave. Again I told the whole story to imran, he guided me towards his senior Mr. Mahesh ranade and gave me his number which is[protected].i tried this number at least 100 times but its constantly busy.



Then I called up nodal office again, I don’t remember the name of the person whom I spoke to, but I had to narrate the whole thing again to her. And again she was not able to help me out on this. She asked me to visit the web world again from where I was directed to nodal office. (I feel like being a victim of passing the parcel game).



Now I m not able to understand what am I suppose to do to get my number back.



I really don’t understand whose mistake is it in the address mismatch for which I made to suffer. Had reliance verified the address then there would have been no problem. But they never did.



I am being using the number from the past one year, making the recharges regularly. I can provide each and every detail to justify that the number was being used by me. I have also filed a police complaint for the loss of sim card and have the FIR copy with me. I can also give the details of the number being called from the said number. Had I not lost the sim card then would have never known that there is a wrong address in reliance database..



I need my number back as soon as possible…kindly help.
