[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Cheating by Reliance!

I have connection [protected], I am recieving poetic messeges from 53030, and i am charged for that. I tried for customer care at *369 but could not connect for a week. On 03/01/08, I only surfed R-World to check for some alternate number for complian. I just surfed for 3-4 minutes. On 04/01/08 I fortunately got connected to customercare help line. There i requested to check about the charges. They told me I was charged Rs 20 for R-World access, not for the so called messages. I asked them how much data i downloaded, the refused to tell me and told that it was private information and they can not tell me.
Reliance is charging me sometihng and they are not able to tell me why they are charging..
Reliance is a pure cheat.

Reliance Communication — cheating on charges

i have purchased a mobile 16 group numbers .the service provider executive told me that the charges on circle will not charges beyond the circle .but in the bill its charging.earlier we have dicuss with the concern person of the web world were we purchase this numbers he told that it won't happen again & the months charges we have taken will be adjust in the new bill.after one month the same thing repated the charges beyond the circle .

Reliance Communication — How Reliance communication cheating its customers

I have one reliance number for last 6 years [protected] , but I have shifted to a new city (from Mumbai to Delhi), and still want to keep this number. So rather discontinuing it - I requested reliance people to change my plan from 995 rental to 99 rental.

My billing cycle is 23 to 22 each month. I requested them to change my plan on 19th Feb 2011 but they said their system is not working – so I should call them on 20th Feb. I called them again, and they gave the same idiotic reason that “ the system is not working so Please send a sms to 53739 for your request of change in plan”.

I sent the massage immediately, and with very good luck - got the confirmation massage also that my plan will be active within 48 hours.

I waited till 23rd morning - but I did not get any plan change massages or confirmation then I contacted their customer care.

They gave me shocking reply saying - my plan would only be changed from 23rd of March!!

I asked - why? They said - your plan would have been changed if I had made the request 3 days prior to the end of billing cycle i.e. 19th Feb.

Ooopsss!! then I realised - that is why their system was not working 19th ( 3 days prior 22nd - the bill generation date).

Now - since they are not processing my request of changing plan - I requested them to discontinue my number.

They are saying, fine, "we will do so but you have to pay outstanding balances of previous month as well as the advance rental of this month".

you know - why they are reluctant to change my plan because my current one is Rs 995 rental and the new one is Rs 99.

Ohhh god!! -- "kaha funs gaya main"------ why such innovative ideas comes with reliance people only - why other companies are not that innovative.

In short - they force people to default.

Seriously - I don’t want to pay them any penny - but it will make my credit history bad. Not sure how to overcome this issue..

Can anyone help me with this?

"ANIL AMBANI" if you ever come across this massage - please tell your people to maintain relationships with your customers, especially to those who have been with you for more than 6 years..


Any ways – why should work according to their choice – I am paying money, so I should be able to make changes in my plan “ the way I want”

i am bangaru babu from bangalore with mobile no bearing [protected] would like to bring a complaint to your notice regarding cheating and fraud

respected sir am using the services of reliance communications reliance(GSM)from past five months am very unsatisfied with the service and now they have cheated me .yesterday(1/5/2011)have recharged with 150rs have got a talk time of 135 and have spoken to few of my friend for 2 to 3 friend that is very short time that is for 4 or 5 rs and today morning(2/5/11) have made a call to one number and got to know that company have reduced an amount of 60 to 70 rs with out my permission and intimation.
today have contacted to rcare and asked them for what purpose did you reduced the money
they are saying that they have activated a package from their side and one more package i have activated more over there are no features in my mobile which am using .so please accept my complaint
and do favour in this

Sir with great sad that these operators are cheating people of country and more over they are not leaving country as well.please register and bring them to court
