[Resolved] Reliance Communications — DUPLICATE BILLING
Customer Care Cell.
I pay my bills for mobile number [protected] online through ICICI bank saving A/C's billing facility.
But I donot know why even after paying the bill you show it due on successive bills. This happened once again in this month bill.
I have proof of paid amount and TRN number etc. I can give it if required over phone. But I donot have time to visit your office to get this mistake corrected.
Kindly rectify this mistake and overhaul your system to avoid problem to customers.
