[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — DUPLICATE BILLING

Dear Sir/Madam,

Reliance Communication,
Customer Care Cell.

I pay my bills for mobile number [protected] online through ICICI bank saving A/C's billing facility.
But I donot know why even after paying the bill you show it due on successive bills. This happened once again in this month bill.

I have proof of paid amount and TRN number etc. I can give it if required over phone. But I donot have time to visit your office to get this mistake corrected.

Kindly rectify this mistake and overhaul your system to avoid problem to customers.

reliance cell bill — not receiving bills in proper time & late fee charged

dear sir/ madam
I am urs subscriber of cell no [protected] for which iam not getting my mobile bills in proper time . i am writing you because i have been charged for late payment last month for which i did not received my bill and was charged late fee & the same happened this month also i have received my bill for the period of[protected]-2009 today on[protected] as today is only the due date . when i contacted urs *222 they replied me by saying my bill was deleivered to me on 17 as was reflecting in thier system. you are requested to kindly wave of my late payment charges and please make sure that in the near bills are delevered before due date. hope for necessary action to be taken.

It is tough to belive that every month I get 10 to 15 calls for bill payment. Firstly my due date was 2nd of every month then without my confirmation my due date was changed to 28th of last month so that you get a benefit of late fees.

Secondly after paying 25 extra for Itemised bill, bills are not monthly dispatched to my given address and your executives call 25-30 times in a day for bill payment. My question is why are you not sending my bills on time.And then also this not an end if you go to Reliance communication centre for duplicate bill every time system is not working.

I mean what customer service you carry.Till now i have asked 10 times for duplicate bill but yet I have not received my duplicate copy for the month of May.

I am working with Tayo Rolls Limited (In Accounts Dept). The phone was provided to
Company which has installed in Accounts Dept. Bills for the months are not coming properly on time for payment before due date.

After chase up we are getting bill and pay. In between this correspondances, due
date lapses and the phone disconects. Only incoming calls come. Outgoing calls
are not possible.Please look into it for receiving bills on time for timely payment
before due date.
