In the month of October, 2007 one your representative approached me and offered to install telephone and broadband connection at my residence. He took papers and filled up necessary forms. He disappeared and in spite of my innumerable telephone calls and mails there was no result. Copies of my mails below are testimony of the same. In desperation, I stopped further follow up in spite of financial loss to me by disconnecting my earlier telephone and broadband connection with MTNL.


Now... again a gentleman comes to my residence on 9.2.2008 saying I should forget what happened in past and he will rectify all the wrong things happened so far. He again fills up form takes proof of residence, photograph and of course cheque for Rs 500.

Now when I check back again with him, he tells me there is some technical hitch. I donot know what it could be as houses adjacent of my house on both sides have Reliance connections.

What do you suggest should I take this up with Consumer Forum or with some TV channel before some meaningful response I receive from your end.

This time I am not going to leave it as it is even if I have to spend some amount on this.

Reliance ADA(Communications) — Reliance Broad Band

I had applied for Reliance Broad Band(Wired Connection, Unlimited plan) in Bangalore (Old Madras Road, KR Puram) and been waiting for more than a month now to get the connection. The sales person promised me to get the connection within a week's time and i have paid Rs. 600 towards the modem charges.

reliance communications is turning out to be most unreliable communication net wrok.I had taken the connection for business activity and am repenting as frequent complaints to customer care do not yeild results and when the CC executive is asked to raise or escalate the call to some manager the reply comes they are all busy.

My internet connection is not working for the past three days and the business which is net based has sufferred a jolt. I thank my stars that I had opted for an alternative of BSNL connection which stood the test of time and I continue lingering on. What attitude has the reliance staff, it will be known to them only but I can say they care a fig for their customers. The hurry is while giving connections and taking the bill payment rest the customers is left to fend for themselves.


Take for example complaint numbers[protected] of 13 Oct followed by[protected],[protected], and[protected] of 26 Oct, 27 Oct and 28 Oct to know the progress on these complaints nothing is being done, While as bill payment is done before date the services are horrible.

Can Reliance give us some reasonable reply or take appropriate action ?????

Some innovative staff of your Reliance Com. have innovated a noble but strange method of solving customer problems. My complaint and company's response is self evident from below mentioned complaint. I dont blame company for such responses, if fact few undeserving short tempered, self centered employees are tainting the image of company. The Company should take care of such staff who are damaging its image. They should know that India is a country where such publicity spread very fast even without modren communication-mouth to mouth connection with strong social interaction is unique. Just take care of such black sheeps in the company and save it.

In place of giving a satisfactory answer/solution to my complaint they have terminated the connection itself to solve the problem. After struggling for one week to revive the connection through telephone, I personally approached your reliance web-world at Jagatpuri east Delhi on 6th December. They assured the restoration of connection on Monday 7th Dec., but it’s not done till now. I hope you will give urgent attention, restore the connection immediately and ensure the satisfactory solution to my complaints.

Thanks for caring. You are perfectly right, I am going to get my two connections permanently disconnected due to the bad experience with your service and system. In the past around one year I have lodged some 4-5 complaints about inflated bills, which were unusually high up to 3 times of my normal use patterns. I suspected that someone might have hacked my no. or account. When I asked your staff to know what is chargeable and what is not chargeable, for example whether browsing or chatting is chargeable or not, if yes how I could know what is my meter reading vis a vis my internet use. I got two answers from different persons, some said chatting is not chargeable and surfing without downloading is also not chargeable, others said vice versa. So fading up with all this I have decided to get my two connections (other one is [protected]) cancelled. Another reason for dissatisfaction is very slow speed which is irritating. At the same price other companies are providing better speed and data download, then there is no meaning to stay with you any further.

since 23rd of december i have made 10 times call to your customer care services for broadband wiredline connection but every time i m contacting receive the same reply from your call centre that they have forwarding my request in urgent based and you will recieve reply from your sales executive as soon as possible
but still dont get any reply.
when i ask about tariff plan about home they told me the 400 monthly rental unlimited plan with 500 of activation charges. but when i meet your near outlet in gujarat they told me that they dont have those tipes of plans in gujarat

Reliance Broadband — It’s been 20 days of filling the Broadband application form and till date no-one responded to install broadband at my premises

The checque of Rs: 500 (for Installation) which I have given is also cashed.

When I am calling the Reliance Executive (Vikram), the executive who has taken my application and chq, he is not responding properly and from last two weeks continuously saying "Broadband Aaj Kal main Lag Jayga"

I was not expecting this kind of service from Reliance, if they are not bothered to install broadband then please return my money and application back.

I am Rinku Singh, leaving in noida, and i am using the reliance connection from last 1 year (GSM) . And on 21st Feb 2010, I make a complain regarding my mobile networks, I am really facing this problem from last 2 Months, My Mobile is ok but there is some problem with my GSM Card . After that i again make a complain regarding my balance deduction On 11th March and the customer care assured me that with in 2 days my complain for sure get solved . But today 16th March, till now i am waiting for some response, And yesterday night while i am making a call to the customer care executive, i talked with one of your executive arround 2"O clock i don't know the name of that executive, i forgot the name but i know his last name is THAKUR, He told me to hold the line for some time after taking so much time he RUDLY dissconnected my call,
