Reliance Communications — Very rude, humiliating and irresponsible behavior of customer service!

Whom so ever it may concern.
I have purchased the Reliance Hello connection from the Reliance Webworld - DAKC Koparkhairane on 24th Sept 08. As I wanted this no to get installed at my home location ie Kalyan, I have enquired 10 times with the sales person about the surety about working the same given GSK at Kalyan and was told it will work probably if I activate this no in Kalyan. So I have activated the no on the 24th Sept 08 and got the message that phone has been successfully activated. After switching off the phone I started the phone after one hour but its not working (nor outgoing neither incoming). I have registered the complaint at Customer Care for the same (Complaint Id :[protected] and was assured with the solution within 24hrs. Inspite that I haven't received any call or solution from customer care as of today.
Next day ie 25th Sept new story begin when I visited Webworld - DAKC saying that the no don't have the validity and because of that phone is not working. So as per their instructions I recharged against the no with Rs 700/- hoping it would be the solution. Where as I brought into their notice that started card is having the usage value of Rs 9.95/- with 7 days validity for what they are not able to answer satisfactory. Leave it after that when I contacted my home and asked for the phone status still it was not working.
I again visited Webworld-DAKC on same day for enquiring about my problem where I was expecting the warm response and quite satisfactory answer as I have already invested Rs 750/- and valuable time. But was very disappointed with the behavior of the Webworld people. First of all they are not knowing what is going wrong and what would be the solution only thing they are doing till date on my every visit (4-5 times in a day) that we are working on it, case has been created and no action has been taken.

Customer care : Kuldeep Khamble / Sujata Jadhav (Both of them have no responsibility for what they are working rather than giving fake reasons)
Height of everything, your so called customer care, where I keep calling them and asked for the solution the way they are responding to the customer was pathetic, they talk like they are doing some extra free of cost for customer and customer have no right to ask how much time it will take to resolve the problem (Same calls can be listen for the complaint id against this no and you will come to know the best of how you should not behave with customer).
Here I am not able to understand is this problem is so big and complicated that it takes more than 100+ hrs to resolve the issue for the biggest telecommunication company in India.
If such behavior continues with valued customers, i am sure people will forget all the high tech facilities provided by the company and would prefer some other service provider. I am sure with increasing customer base reliance does not need people like me, but its my moral responsibility to bring it notice of concerned person.
