[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Very rude, humiliating and irresponsible behavior of customer service!

Whom so ever it may concern.

I have purchased the Reliance Hello connection from the Reliance Webworld - DAKC Koparkhairane on 24th Sept 08. As I wanted this no to get installed at my home location ie Kalyan, I have enquired 10 times with the sales person about the surety about working the same given GSK at Kalyan and was told it will work probably if I activate this no in Kalyan. So I have activated the no on the 24th Sept 08 and got the message that phone has been successfully activated. After switching off the phone I started the phone after one hour but its not working (nor outgoing neither incoming). I have registered the complaint at Customer Care for the same (Complaint Id :[protected] and was assured with the solution within 24hrs. Inspite that I haven't received any call or solution from customer care as of today.

Next day ie 25th Sept new story begin when I visited Webworld - DAKC saying that the no don't have the validity and because of that phone is not working. So as per their instructions I recharged against the no with Rs 700/- hoping it would be the solution. Where as I brought into their notice that started card is having the usage value of Rs 9.95/- with 7 days validity for what they are not able to answer satisfactory. Leave it after that when I contacted my home and asked for the phone status still it was not working.

I again visited Webworld-DAKC on same day for enquiring about my problem where I was expecting the warm response and quite satisfactory answer as I have already invested Rs 750/- and valuable time. But was very disappointed with the behavior of the Webworld people. First of all they are not knowing what is going wrong and what would be the solution only thing they are doing till date on my every visit (4-5 times in a day) that we are working on it, case has been created and no action has been taken.

Customer care : Kuldeep Khamble / Sujata Jadhav (Both of them have no responsibility for what they are working rather than giving fake reasons)

Height of everything, your so called customer care, where I keep calling them and asked for the solution the way they are responding to the customer was pathetic, they talk like they are doing some extra free of cost for customer and customer have no right to ask how much time it will take to resolve the problem (Same calls can be listen for the complaint id against this no and you will come to know the best of how you should not behave with customer).

Here I am not able to understand is this problem is so big and complicated that it takes more than 100+ hrs to resolve the issue for the biggest telecommunication company in India.

If such behavior continues with valued customers, i am sure people will forget all the high tech facilities provided by the company and would prefer some other service provider. I am sure with increasing customer base reliance does not need people like me, but its my moral responsibility to bring it notice of concerned person.

hi, this is ashish kumar, my number is 0-[protected]. i have been using this number for past 1year, as a prepaid number. due to heavy std calls, i used to get my number recharged every weak of rupees 1100.on 15th of october, i opted to go for post paid from prepaid with the same number. the conversion was done on the same evening, but wasnt told that my std will be activated in next 48 hours. but still my std servise is not activated as it is more than 48hours.
and as i have already told you that i am a heavy std user i am facing great difficulty for the same. i therfore request you for the same as early as possible. more or less the customer servise number is always busy that is *333 and *366. so i am totally helpless what to do and where to complain, as i cant go to the reliance express shop for each and every day to day small problems.

very bad service and very rude non coporative customer service. for taking money from your pocket they can do any thing even they change our plan.
I requested customer care Reliance to terminate my connection on 21 JAn 2008
even on 28 jan 2008 they have not done so inspite of their assurance to do that within 48 hours . I have called customer care 10 times but they are not cooperating ? What should I do Next ? there is no bill pending

I am using Reliance connection Past 3 years. Reliance is very very Bad. Their Customer Service is very very Bad.Because I was made complaint nearly 6 months back. Still now they resolved the problem. My all problems related their bill fault only. They are not respond still. But Bill payment time they realy harassing me all the time. They will give remainding and disterbing calls from their all over India Branches. Daily I am getting around 6 to 7 customer care calls. Realiance arenot care about customers. Only about their cheating bills only.
I send lot of complaint regarding receiving unwanted calls and sms, through do no call and by phone. I have been informed that it will take 45 days. Today after 2 months I am still being harrashed with lot of sales and other calls/sms.
It it any solutation for that with Reliance Mobile.

yes friends try to avoid reliance connection. It will kill u. I am also a victim.


It is happening with each & every client. We purchased three connections but we have not received bill for any even i checked the bill from the internet i paid the bill.
I am aggreeing to all the above. I am from Gujarat and also a victim of reliance services. I have filed a complaint to District Forum where somehow they managed to get an order that too after 3 years of my complaint that the forum has no jurisdiction over the matter. As against this, I have also filed a complaint in State Commission of which hearing is pending. For all those dissatisfied from Reliance Service, mail me for any help or any other assistance in connection with filing of complaint. I HAVE PURCHASED THE REALIANCE MOBILE AS ON 12.12.08 TILL OW I DINT RECEIVE MY VERIFICATION CALL AND I COUDNT DO MY OUTGOING CALLS AND EVEN IAM NOT GETTING THE INCOMING CALLS.WHEN WE CONTACTE TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY HAVE INFORMING THAT (WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS ) ACYUALLY I HAVE SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS THRICE IS THIS NOT IRRESPONSIBLE I DON NO WHERE THE MISTAKE IS MISTAKE IS WITH RELIANCE CUSTUMER CARE ARE IN OUTLET? IAM CONFUSSED IAM PLANNING TO CANCELL THE NUMBER ONCE FOR ALL .
Sub : No One Visited my location after CAF Filled & Initial Payment once received.

With reference to the above subject, I would like to Inform that after CAF filled and Cash received from my location not a single Person/Executive visited my location even after long complains. In January I have informed (talked) to Sh Panchalbhai & One Engineer at Suraj Plaza - Vadodara office but he list bother to visit or send at the Customer location.
I am not getting connected longer then 15-20 minutes continuously in single login. That you can see at your Log till then and also I am not benefited Unlimited Usage Initial Offer because of no support from Reliance Communications as committed. If so you may give me link or way to see me at my location next onwards.
Kindly send your valuable executive to install the same in my another computer so that at least First visit from your side has take place after so long time of complaints. Also send Bill Collection Executive along with the Engineer.

Over all you can guess that I have not received your committed facilities. Do needful as earliest.
The above statement 100% correct. My mobile no. [protected]. I am using for the last 5 years prepaid. Suddenly they suspended the connection informing that they have lost my documents on the rain of 26.7.2007. What way i am responsible. However i have handedover all the documents to them CAF no. [protected] dated 24.8.2009.

Still they are investigating. I am told within two days 48 hrs the line will be activated. Even 21 days passed they are investigating.

I have told them to investigate for another one year so. I will arrange for a another mobile.
