I am surprised to see the maturity you have while replying the mails of your customers. I have already mentioned in my mail below, that i approached the sector 11, Panchkula store, but they didnt have any answer to this. Do you want to go to them again to get harrassed. Believe me, i will go to the agencies outside your preview, if i get one more illogical reply from you like this. I am getting replies from you as per the below mail, which dont have any logic.

Enough is enough.

I suggest you to please check the records before replying on any of the customer query. You have mentioned that the cheque will be sent withtin 60 days of disconnection. But please note that the disconnection has already happened on 9.6.2011. It means, it has been 83 days since the disconnection has happened. Please reply with the details of the despatch.

Answer What does this mean. MDN is not known to us. The phone number which was terminated was[protected]. If you can get MDN from this number, please dont ask it, as the number was already given in my below mail to you.
2. Alternate No :
Answer - If you read my below mail with bit attention, i have mentioned my present number below my name. Knowingly i have clearly written also as my present number is [protected]
3. Current Postal Address (Full Address):
Answer - it is same as you have been sending the bills to me. It is

I think you will have a better idea of date of termination. From your records, you would be easily able to make out the date of termination. The details which are already with you, you should not bother the customer asking such details. The number which i got terminated was[protected].
