Reliance — cutting the money and Not activating the recharge

Dear Sir
my Mobile number is [protected]. In the 4th of February I had charged the mobile for Rs 23/- this has not been activated in the mobile. At the same time the balance of Rupees 24 has been deducted to -7 on the same day. I have not subscribed for any of the services either. Kindly deactivate all the services and re-embers the money as well as the Rs 23 Charge done on the 4th of feb.

Reliance GSM — balance deduction is still going on and poor feedback by co.

as i earlier told in my complaint that continuous balance deduction is going on from my reliance gsm no-[protected].the rcom gave me the solution of the complaint no[protected].but the solution was not up to the mark.they refunded rs 18/-that was unfair because rs 100/- were deducted from my a/c and stopped the service but on the same day tha same service was again activated on my no.and deduct all my balance i.e rs 18/-.now my balance is nill and again the msg is coming fron 57007(service name is video vogue).plz help me and provide me the solution of my problem related to stop the service and full balance refund.i also want to complaint here about the behaviour of rcom people.the dont have manners to talk.they harrased me and used harsh language.plz take strict action against them.

I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whatsapp and facebook plan of Rs.16 by dialing *777*16#
and after activating still when using fb and whatsapp my balance is deducted
and after using m.facebook.com also..
my balace got deducted..
then i called cust care bt he talked to me badly and disconnected my call tht i dont know why i called for and also blocked my call to cc..nw i also unable to call them and my balance is still deducting..
So please help in this and kindly solve my problem..they already deducted the balance for plan and still deducting balance for using services..
Please kindly take an action concerning this.

and on both the numbers the balance is deducting on using whats app.
i really doubt what type of services you give.
the customer care executives some of them don`t really know about the plan only and some just give irresponsible explanations.
16 rps have been already deducted from the phone and extra balance is deducting on using whats app.
no resolution is been given by any of the executive.

i might lodge a legal complaint against reliance communication for distracting the customers with irrelevant offer.
If the company did not look into the matter seriously.

Facing the same problem here. I activated the whatsapp plan today. Didn't even take a fraction of a second to reduce the balance. Absolutely pathetic and useless. Reliance has one of the worst customer care support services in the history of customer support service. Calling the customer care person is a pain to begin with. And when they are kind enough to answer the call, they are of no use. They will make you unlearn English. Keeping their horrible English speaking skills in the back seat, their lack of basic conversational skills is quite abominable.

Posting "We have noted your complaint. The matter has been escalated to our customer service team who will get in touch with you directly to resolve your concerns" does not help unless you get off that lousy good for nothing arse and do something about it.
And even if your mighty arseness does decide to revert, going through the same grueling process of talking to a dumbstruck customer care person would added to the "beautiful memories" archive.

A paleolithic caveman would come up a better solution.

I'm also facing the same problem . even though I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whats app and Facebook plan of Rs.16 by dialing *777*16#, every time i opens my whatsapp my balance start deducting. If my balance is deducting even after recharging this pack, then what's the use of this recharge ???
Please i want someone to take a look over this situation . i have also lodged a complaint in reliance customer care, here is my complaint no.[protected].

Please note RCOM team same problem has occured to me today after a recharge of 30, using 16 of which i activated wats app pack, but still doing wats app, balance went on getting deducted and now its negative and still neither wots ap/facebook not working, and to add more to that Reliance customer care has no answer for it and kept on disconnecting my phone. I want full refund of Rs.30 sooner into my Rel number [protected] for the recharge dated 18.11.2012.

Rcom customer care doesnt know what the hell they are saying the same thing happen to me i activate the 16rs unlimited pack whatsaap and facebook

1st call customer care said that "the 16rs pack only allow u to open whatsapp u cant do anything more" wtf are they saying if the pack is just for opening whatsaap " what we are going to do in whatsapp huh !!

2 nd call this one irritate me more he say u r using whatsaap application thats why your balance got deducted use the whatsapp login page . huh !! can anyone in this world tell me where to find whatsapp login page ??? :(

I have already called customer care but earlier unsatisfactory responses were given for about 6-7 times (for eg system is updating, call later etc) and now they have also blocked my calls to cust. care..so now i am also unable to call them and my balance is still deducting..
So please help in this and kindly solve my problem..they already deducted the balance for plan and still deducting balance for using services..

Same goddamn problem with me! And the reliance customer care people are just neglecting this! I would too change my number if my problem isnt resolved. My number:- [protected]

i called *333 and they asked me to call *355

i called them and they asked me to call *333 again

when i called *333 the rep hung up on me

i had to then call 198 who have noted my complaint and have advised 48 hours resolution time

i dont expect this to happen though

i am flying overseas on Monday and wanted to get this activated for my parents

i want a full refund from Reliance on my number [protected] or full validity restored for the month that i have already paid once this issue is resolved or i will bad mouth the company to all my friends and file a legal case against the company for false advertisement and poor customer service

me too activated the pack today and the same issue is with me. Balance is getting deducted every time. Also im fed up with these guys cause every 3rd day they activate some of the services (which i do not opt or request for) and deduct the money from my main balance.
