[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding Unpaid Bill even after Connection terminated and bill Paid already | |||
Dear Sir, This is regarding unpaid bill for my lost phone. I was using Relinace CDMA Mob Phone, Mob No-[protected], till Nov- 2009 and My phone was lost so I had block this Number and latter on I have request to terminate the connection on Reliance world and I had also paid balance bill amount. I had paid this amount on 14/12/2009. They have given me acknowledgement and My Case ID was[protected]. According to me now there is no pending bill amount on me as I da already paid december bill amount. Now I am getting calls on my phone that there is some unbilled amount on me so pay bill within 1 hours otherwise..... I have also contacted Reliance Customer Care but they are also not helping.
