[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Improper Bill

I had a 3 G data connection with reliance which I was paying for regularly until February 2013. Connection No. [protected]. I was using it for officials of my company. I had sent an email for disconnection on 28 Feb 2013 and then on 6 April 2013 to close this connection. Somebody used this connection in my company from 9 April to 29 April 2013. I was charged for this usage plus the rental for complete month of March. My question is why had they taken so long to cancel a connection ? I have written to reliance nodal officer and on their other email ids to send me the bill for the usage except for the rental for the month of March but got no response. I am ready for pay for the usage (which has infact happened only when they have failed to close the connection) but why rental for the month of March? I am looking to switch the 86 reliance data card connections to other subscribers for their callous attitude.

Reliance Communication Ltd — Call list bill not supplying

i am Govardhan S. I am relaince mobile customer. When i got mobile from first month onwards, the bill amount is not proper as per plan . Every time i have to remain the customer care about that bill details.

Now in Aug month bill, i asked the full call list detailed bill, they refused to give that bill.

so please check what is the reason for this. and my bill send me in time.

We have 5 post paid connection, nos. is [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] in the Company name, but we have not recd. bill in time or not recd., so how can we deposit the bills in due period, kindly arrange to send the above nos. bills immeditely when bill issue.

Reliance Communications — improper Bills

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am a Reliance mobiles customes from last 5 yrs (with [protected] & [protected] prepaid connection, & now Using your postpaid from last 6 months, after which i'm in trouble. I have Some minor Problems with which i need to get solved by some highly experienced and reponsible/resultable person only, as down the liners are failed to solve due to being system dependent.(customer care persons)

>>PROBLEM NO.1
My Bill Inv No.[protected] Dt.08-Jan-2009 Rs.696/- was unpaid by Due Dt.27-Jan-2009, next bill Inv. No.[protected] Dt.08-Feb-2009 Rs.1431/- (as per bill on send to me & Rs.1473/- as per SMS recvd from 5222)(was including Prev. bill Amt) was paid(Rs.1473/-) on 10.Feb.2009(Befor Due Dt.25-Feb-2009 On the requeset of your Customer Care Person) by my acct. using ICICI Net-Banking.(Acct. Statement for which is Attached).
And, again i have been charged (by ECS Cheque) the same Amt of Rs.1431/- on my bank acct. which was returned Bcoz of low balnce for which Bank has Charged me a Penalty of Rs 281/-(only Bcoz of Reliance).

And Now in this Month My Current bill deatail( according to the bill mailed to me) is Inv. No.[protected] Dt.08-Mar-2009 Rs.-988/-(minus amt) has Due Date of 26-Mar-2009. But, The current billing amt as per the SMS No.4 recvd on 13-Mar-2009 @ 09:19 hrs from 5222 is Rs 744.46/- & as per the SMS No.3 it Rs.740.26/-, where As as per the SMS No.2 was Rs641/- (approx as my msg has been deleted)and the SMS No.1 was telling to pay Rs.1431/-. the mystry is not ended by Texual role, but the costomer care person was asking me to pay the option No.5 i.e. the amt of RS.485/-

The Payment Dept. Person has called me twice for immediate bill payment(again bfore Due date?) as I have crossed the Credit Limit more by 250 (i.e. Rs.500 according to his system and Rs 800 as per the Current Bill)

in January I have activated Rs.60 Scheme for 1000 SMS with the help of customer care person on *222. which is not rflected/calculated in Bill, casing increase of my billling amt.

Again the same Scheme was requested at *222 on 12-Feb-2009 to activat and i had confirmed also after 2 day by calling again to *222 ( even i had received SMS for that). But on 9th Mar i shocked when come to know ( by *222 person only)that there is no such scheme is activated on my No. I shouted him and told taht i had activated it, then he after keeping me on hold for some time, he returned and informed me tah it was requested but not activated So he has activated and will be reflected in 08-Mar-2009's bill. But i'don't believe.

as every one aware of current worldr economy LVL so, evry one wants minimise all the possible expenses, I also doing same, My mobile bill is comes under that scheme, so was avaoiding to use of my mobile for calling as far as possible and I regularly cheking my unbilled information. Ahich I found increasing. So as a dought on date on 27th -n- 28th March-2009 i haven't made any call, just to chek your system. i found guilty of your system i.e. on 27th morning the unbill amt was Rs. 640/- which has been increased nearly by Rs. 100/- without any use of calls.
(i have cross checked it with my mobile's Dialled calls duration, and msg counter which i had made reset on 26th night)

NOTE:
I was going to cancel the POst paid connection Bcoz of all this Cheatings. But Due to the Customer Care person's kind request i have taken 1-more and final risk) for which,
i have made my Mobile ready to tarck your chori by have i.e. reset Dialled Call's duration record and Msg counter.
Also, (i don't know that my calls have been recorded or not) I had told him that i will not pay current and next bill unless and untill it is not going to Be corrected.

Reliance — Improper bill

Sir,
with due respect i want to inform you that I was a consumer of reliance post paid connection. They had send me a wrong bill and i had complaint in reliance customer several times but I did not get any response. then i had requested to close my number [protected] but they did not did so and keep on generating my bills. And now they are forcing me to pay the bill.
Kindly consider my complain an take a appropriate action.

DELAY IN NEW CONNECTION

SIR,
I am Mohd Abdul Aleem i have applied for a post paid connection on 11-jul-09 with application no:[protected] and till now i didnot got my sim card when i am called your executive from whom i applied for connection on monday after the verification he said verification is clear and will give you sim tuesday morning.He came on tuesday with sim card and ask me to check when i checked it was not activated then said he will give me in evening, But when he didn't came i called him he gave me his TL and HEAD number they told there is problem with server and we put your request on mail.They assure me that they will give me SIM on friday but from tomorrow evening when i am calling they are not responding.I dont know from where to check the status of my application.i request you to handover my connection today if you cant please refund my deposits.

RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. — Closed out going call facility against full bill payment and issue of Duplicate Receipt against bill payment.

Dear Sir/Madam
I have deposited the bill Rs 350 Receipt no 8141740 dated 03/08/09 at Bharat Infocomm, 30, 40, Duda, Markit, Jind, Haryana. But company has blocked my outgoing call facility due to reason of not deposition of bill payment.
I have complaint this on customer care under complaint no.[protected] dated 11/08/09 regarding phon no [protected].
But company has charge me late fee Rs 50/- for delay payment charge.
once again I have deposit Rs 450/- against the bill of month Aug. 2009.
But company issue me duplicate & boughs receipt against this which has no receipt no and date.
I have again complaint this on Customer care under complaint no[protected] dated 01/08/09.
Even customer care executive are not dealing properly.
Due to this I feel unconvinced because outgoing call are blocked. I am a cont. Govt. Employee. my Job is field job. due to this I need Phone to manage my work. But due to this I was unable to did my duty. therefore my performance is effected. Which effect the my image against my senior and colleagues.
There for you are requested to take necessarily action against this.

Myself Shushant Majumdar. I had took reliance data card on 02.07.08. After using few months, i given to request to termination (date[protected]. And at the time of termination i was paid my all the bills(B.NO.1082698). Eight moths later. They had send me notice to pay your outstanding amount (Rs.3095 Bill was generate after my termination). I had complaint in reliance customer several times but i did not get any response. And now they are forcing me to pay the bills. Kindly consider my complain and take an appropriate action.
