[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Promotional Balance

I recharged my GSM Reliance of 88 rs 2GB 3G internet for 7 days but I only received 400MB internet and the rest 1.6 GB in promo balance how will I get my 1.6 GB...reply me plz

I am also facing the same above problem. My promo balance is getting accumulated on every subsequent recharge but I am not able to use the promo balance. If it is the company policy not to make use the promo balance while roaming then they should scrap the system of promo balance altogether for roaming numbers and should only provide the main balance on recharge. This is complete fraud on part of the company. Another point I want to highlight is that the company does not provide the 3 mins-1 rupee scheme for roaming numbers which is very unfair on part of the company.
The company should look into these matters.

what the hell ambani is doing????????????????????? their employees are just sucking the customer n accumulating money 2 make a great treasure. i went reliance care 4 times they just say im sorry or server is down. i request all reliance customers 2 protest again this.

I recharged my prepaid GSM mobile for Rs 125/. It is not receiving incoming call.It is showing this amount as promotional balance, where as I did not go for it.Ionce again recharged an other for Rs 80. The problem remains same. Not taking any incoming call yet. I thought this happens only with BSNL. But to my surprise, Reliance is also not lagging behind rather surpassing the BSNL a Sarkari company. Are you really interested to bring your reputation so low while not responding to the clients, Your all consumer service centres, call centres seem to have gone on leave and enjoying Eid. What should we do now? Please advise.

I am facing so many problem in RELIANCE Telecommunication. in 13th December deduct my main balance around 90 rupees. I am giving so many times complain to customer care but they didn't helping me.Yesterday also I am recharge 22 rupees. The all balance getting in Promo. But I am not able to use the promo balance. If it is the company policy not to make use the promo balance while roaming then they should scrap the system of promo balance altogether for roaming numbers and should only provide the main balance on recharge. This is complete fraud on part of the company.
The company should look into these matters.

Yesterday on 29th Feb 2016 reliance gsm deducted my 30 Rs main balance. And when I call customer care but they not received. They deduct my balance last two months also. But after complaint they refund me my 130 & 90 Rs.so please file my complaint and do naccesary action against this types of froud.my mobile no is [protected]. Please help

I am Manoj from MP and currently working in Bangalore, recharged by 135 where I got 150 promo balance but I am not able to call anyone. I tried reaching to customer care but couldn't reach(198 & *333) then I googled and found that by other complaints promo balance doesn't work in roaming. If this is the company policy they must have informed customer while recharging. This is not only single case there are other areas where Reliance is worst for example they claim high speed 3G internet at low price and other so many policy where RelianceGSM sucks. Reliance should not think that attractive, low price, catchy offers will provide more revenue rather than they should provide good service at reasonable price. I don't know whether they look at these many complaints or not but we consumer are fed up with all issuez. The think tank or policy maker of company are not even bother to check or review all these complaints which have been raised by important customers. Being the huge business group specially Indian company reliance should take care of all these things otherwise customer wont tolerate all these issues. Real disgrace what reliance has become. I[censored] want money just tell customers already that we r sucking it from you. Got a promo balance of 75 on recharge of 247 and not able to use it on roaming. Neither customer care calls can be made as none of 198 or other numbers are working and really its a shame to see this kind of things.

How can i use promo balance in roming. odisa Sim card i am using it in mumbai (Maharastra).
Definitely i will go for porting.
