Reliance Communications — customer care

Hi, i lodged a complaint with reliance customer care on 22nd oct 2011regarding some issues, i am getting calls from their customer care dept today ( 25th oct ) but no one is there to speak , exept the recorded voice keep on asking me to wait till the call ends. when their so called customer care representative is not available to speak why they are making call and disturbing customers.

I'm the customer of reliance last 5 year, so i know very well reliance customer care,
if customer have any problem so he need call to customer care more then 10 time in day for one complaint but problem is not solved. because tha customer care representative is able to handle the problem or customer. They always proof the customer is defaulter.
VALUE ADDED SERVICE - its a big problem of reliance customer. in average reliance customer paid Rs. 70 - 100 per month /-,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Reliance GSM postpaid connection since last 1 month.
But whenever I called to CustomerCare, they didnt pick up my call or give any solution of my Connection problem, even they put my call for 30 minurtes. So, please take my request and try to solve my problem.

i m sanosh of [protected] facing d problem of my balance deduction !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and from the past 1 month i m not able to contact the customercare number
I m using reliance since last 2 years and my complaint is that they deducted my balance unusally for 2nd time..
1st time i made a call to homeshop18 which is a local number but r.com chareged me around 10Rs. per minute..when i called to customer care they said system is showing that i have puted 00 befire dailing the number but that was not correct.but i left the matter.
2nd time i got a call form r.com executive he said sir your number has been specialy chosen for a special scheme called as mix mazza pack something like that do you want to activate it i was working in my office i just said yes but at that time he cut out the call befire i can make any further enuiry.then at nite i caaled C.C. but they said sir we cant do anything then i said ok tell me detail of this pack then he said sir i have unsubscribed your pack what is this then i said with whose permission you have Unsubscribed then he said sir aapko aur koi jankari chahiye reliance me call karne ke liye dhayawad..name of that person was nilesh..the way they talk is Unbearable..
I am user of reliance Gsm.I am getting unwanted messages from hungamawap/reliance.These are really irritating and nuisance.
Plz unsubscibe me from this nonsence
sir mai reliance ka post ped custmer hu maine 20 may ko net banking se 395 ka payment keya hai but aaj tak koi msg ya sms ya mail nahi mila aur reliance ke pass mere koi amount update nahi hai
sahi jankri ke leye mai *222 and 198 par call kar rahu hu but koi call utha nahi raha hai aur shayad reliance mere no 2 -3 din me band kar dega aise condition me customer apne aap ke ketna mental pata hai

Due to not responding of customer care they reliance company blocked my sim my sim is not working. Reliance company customer care is much irresponsible they should close customer care. Because customer care is running only for showoff nobody pickup the call. Now i am much problem situation wat i can do plz............help me nd plz start my sim the no. is [protected]. Ya fir reliance walo ko customer care ko band kar dena chahiye....
