Reliance Communications — promo balance not credited

Sir,
I am Mr. Parsuram Prasad owner of [protected] (reliance prepaid) and get a message that if i recharged my reliance prepaid with total amount of 165 or more within[protected] then i get rs 15 as promo balance but on achieving the target of Rs 165 i am not getting any promo balance though i complete the target on[protected] and got a message that "CONGRATULATION! YOUR FESTIVE TALKTIME REWARD OF RS 15 ON ACHIEVING TARGET RECHARGE AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED. TALKTIME IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS." and regarding the same i call 198 more that 15 times but yet i am not getting any good response always i am getting that "WE HAVE OUR TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN OUR SYSTEM" Though i call from three number [protected] and [protected] and [protected] as after 5 continue call from [protected] i am unable to reached 198 from that number then i call 198 from [protected] and launch a complain (sr. no[protected] and from [protected] another complain (sr. no[protected] but unfortunately both complain is prepared on the wrong issue i mean i say about promo balance but after the complaint closed i found that the same complain is regarding balance deduction. I don't know how the duffer executive get job on Reliance customer care executive.


Not only this after that i call continuously many times but because of technical problem they can't help me. So i request to give a big eye upon my above said problem as i am not getting to much time to call for a single issue.
