Reliance Communications — not chang basic telephone

Dear sir,

i am custmer of reliance communications from dict. pali rajasthan.
my a/c no. is [protected] and my basic no. is[protected] .
i am feel very bed since 10 month's from reliance communications.
i am call to custmer care to say that my basic telephone are work very bad
in bettery back up ,signal problem. than call center boy say to me that after 1 week's
your problem are slow my service man. service man come to my home and say to me that bettery are not available so i not do this work's . reliance officer say it is service center work . so sir i m feel very bad with communications.plz do think.
i hope you will do this work in few day's .
