[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — no signal

From past 3 days, I have no signal in my mobile, and after continuosly launching complains the solution they had provided is wait for 3 days.
It is Fraustating, I am really upset from there servise and if they cannot provide servise to customers then why they sell there products.
bihar main reliance gsm gprs not working proprly. so, please solve this problem
i am located at new bowenpally there is no sufficiant coverage.
I am a reliance GSM user from Mumbai. Since today afternoon I am not getting any network on my number. And when called from some other number, my number seems to be switched off. This has happened quite a few times. I cannot even call the customer care because the call eventually fails to due to no network. How am I supposed to get a solution to my problem. Or are we just supposed to sit hand on hand till the time Reliance themselves do not restore my signal??
I am from Maharashtra state ...Nagpur city...

i am also facing same prob...from since afternoon 30 oct 09 i am not able to call anywhere...and no calls are coming to my number...

So many of my friends also having same prob has switch to their 2nd no.

but i have only one number because i was trusted the reliance company...but i was wrong...this company is also having no issue with customer's problem...


two brothers are fighting and the customers of this company is facing all the hell of problemsss...


if have any feeling towards customer problem then plss sort out this prob soon...otherwise no one will trust laterward on ur company...
Even I am experiencing the same, no network coverage at all ..sice today afternoon. When called from some other no. it says switched off...and at times it shows simcard registration failed. All other reliance gsm users in my area are experiencing the same.
What are the reliance telecom preoviders doing. Do they expect us to sit hand in hand... till they show some kind of mercy on us by setting things right.

I have an GSM Connection ([protected]) from more then 2 weeks i am facing network problem when ever i tried to use customer services number it failed to connect .
no signal in my mobil since i got up this morning...

Relaince GSM is definitly having the worst network in india...

im fed up of this relaince, its not first time i'm facing this issue, it has become everydays concern...
since there is no signal in my relaince GSM phone i tried to call customer care from landline but i was amazed to see that there there no option where in i can talk to customer care guys and log a call...
my phone no [protected] is showing no network coverage from at least last 6 hours and when i try to call customercare under ref. no:[protected]. they say this will be resolved within 14 days what am i supposed to do for these 14 days...
since i have converted my prepaid mobile into postpaid it is not working in the roaming region.. my no.[protected]
my reliance no is [protected] do not work properly. this no. is use since four years.

GSM — Not getting signal

I am not getting signal . The other sims like airtel, vodafone,tata,aircel,loop mobile and idea are getting signal.

Above problem is not only surrounding to her house But this problem exist in whole area of Pimple Shadagar, pune from 1 Jan 2012 and till date (17-Jan...)

Not only relience mobile but also relience Data card network. we all are facing same problem.

To be frank your (Rcom )service is one of the worst service in telecom providers.

Even, I have complained on 5 Jan 2012 in customer care but same problem is still there with wonderful zero signal strength in whole area.

Suggestion to Rcom : No need to solve, we have already submitted our request for PORT to other provider. Thanks for wonderful worst service.

Suggestion to Reliance User: Change your same number thru PORT (MNP) to other provider. It will not take more than 4-5 days.
