[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — regarding internet service

Sir, my mobile no. is [protected]. I had recharged my sim on 13th setember by Rs 597 for Internet service.When i got message for 3g offer i recharged it .but could not start the 3G service as the same day and deduce the 786 Rs by my main balance. and i also have the 299 recharge but when i do first call made by me then again deduce the balance when i called to custmer care the told me unfair duductioin but can't refund my money.
So kindly take a prompt action for the same and inform me in the same number
