Reliance Communications — Unwanted deduction of balance

Reliance Communication — deducted unauthorized charge in my prepaid mobile.

i have reliance mobile prepaid no.[protected].they sent a caller tune on my mobile without my information and deduced Rs1/- per day last 30 days.I am dialing many times to custmer care but it is unreachable. what I do.

MY mob no is [protected]. I am facing problem o[censored]nwanted calls from Reilence offers. These calls disturb my work, concentration, sleep.
Second problem is that Releince automatically charged Rs. 40/- for subscribing for a caller tune. Actually i did not subscribe to this service. When i made complaint to Customer care they not respond on the spot. And send SMS lateron saying that this deductin is justified because you made subscription to this service.But i did not subscribe to any service.
Please stop this "DADAGIRI" of Relience.

my mob. no. is [protected]. around 10 days ago, i subscribed a song as callertune offered by relience. but the song is not set as callertune yet, and the co. have deducted the charge for the same... so i am requesting you that please look in to the matter and resolve as soon as possible...

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — Rs.49 charged for un wanted masti pack subscription

Sir/Madam,
I am a reliance GSM mobile customer. Today Rs 49 was charged & deducted from my account for a "Masti pack" subscription. Just after receiving the SMS I contact to Customer care executive but they are saying that a telemarketing call was given & any button may be pressed by me. But I am sure that, I received the call but never pressed any button. They are forcefully giving these "Packs" and charging money from general customers.
Pls Look into the matter & take necessary action. I am eagerly waiting for your response.

one month i am mentaly desturb by reliance communication, because of they have directly actived their
subscribed on my number & directly deduction subcribed amt on my account. i have so many time call
to callcenter & tell my problem them, but after solved, problem have return back. theirfore i mentaly
harrased & desturb by them. i am wasted my energy & time for that. in this time i don;t know what i can
do. i was going to reliance web & tell them my problem also. but problem is not solved. so request to you that please help me & take action on that matter.

My complaint is against the reliance communication services. They are deducting balance from my account. And when talked to customer care they are saying they you have activated schemes like radio, chatting, sms alert and so on. This is going on from last 5 to 6 months. Please do the needful.

I have a Reliance GSM Prepaid connection. My no is [protected]. I have not subscribed for any movie masala pack and masti ke rang pack, but your bloody dept. has deducted Rs. 49 and Rs.30 in the name of these packs.
I am not able to understand if a person has not subscribed to these bull things, how can u deduct the amount from their balances????
I want my balance back or i will be forced to deactivate my connection. Also will never recommend anyone to take a reliance connection.

complain:- is number pe maine 100 rupees ka recharge kiya koi call nahi kiya lekin balane 00 dikha raha hai is bare me maine customer care excutive ne bataya ki agar apne 48 hrs me 198 per complain kiya hota to rupees vapas ho gai hote.

Sir, one thing more i want to tell you.that i have already registered do not disturb service phir bhi mere mobile per coller tune apne ap laga di hai. sir actually the issue is this ki realince company without any information agar is tarah se amount deduction karegi. to aam aadmi kaise bharosa kar payega mobile service providers pe.

this is prankur nigam([protected]),

i m using a reliance gsm mobile number and having a problem that if i recharge with a minimum of 50 rs then coompany deduct some amount from my account balance and shows that any value added service is started on your number by your side.

in case i report for the same in customer care department or on 198, then they reply that you activated that service so it will be impossible to refund that amount.


on 14th of feb 2011 30 rs deducted again for cricket service and telling us that you dial some numbers and because of that this service is started. so, what should i do for that.


please reply and help me out.

it is not for the first time i am suffering from that situation.
