[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unwanted VAS evolve subscription | |||
My Reliance GSM having number [protected] is use for 3G Internet and messaging only, Reliance is charging thrice as "Amount Charged for VAS Evolve Subscription Rs:5.00" on 15 and 17 July and 2nd August 2013 respectively, which I never subscribe any VAS since my connection. I tried STOP at 121, it response "Dear Customer, You are not Subscribed to any VAS Packs." and MYVAS at 55333, it also response as "Dear Subscriber, you have no VAS packs currently." My Reliance mobile no. is [protected]. and My name is Argendra Chauhan. My balance is deducted Rs:5.00 on 30/11/13 at 6:45pm for VAS Evolve Subscription without my any request or order. Please refund my Rs:5.00 immediately.
Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00. in every single day.

My Reliance GSM having number [protected] .Reliance is charging every month as "Amount Charged for VAS Evolve Subscription Rs:5.00, VAS Hungama Voice Rs:10.00, VAS ShemarooVP Rs:5.00, VAS Hungama GSM Rs:1.00", which I never subscribe any VAS since my connection.

Dear Sir,Balance decreased for unwanted subscription without informing the customer
I just want to complain that without my consent the company has deducted my balance for subscribing me to different services without my permission.this is like cheating the customers.and even the customer care is not taking the call. my number is [protected].
