Myself Captain Ashutosh Srivastava, Indian Army. I had bought this set and a new connection on 25 April 2005 bearing CAF Number [protected] MDN Number [protected] from Neelam Infocomm , Mhow, Indore. I used this connection for 2 months in Indore and then got it transferred to Lucknow where i was given a new number i.e.[protected]. My all bills were paid in time for which all the reciepts are available with me. On 05 September 2005, I returned the set to Mr Deepak Sharma, Reliance Web World, Tulsi Theatre, Rani Laxmi Bai Marg, Lucknow. Mr Deepak Sharma gave me a reciept of surrendering Tele set and told me to meet Mr Anwar Sadiq who sits in Reliance Head Office in BTC House , Gomti Nagar , Lucknow, for the collection of cheque for the security deposit which was suppose to be refunded. From that day till date i have been giving repeated reminders, letters and paid visits to Reliance Communications , BTC House , Gomti Nagar, Lucknow , but nothing in this regard has been taken care of. In this process Mr Rahul Mudgal and Mr Prashant of BTC House office were also involved. Everytime i went to the Above mentioned office , I was given fake assurances by all the individuals whose names i have already mentioned. Now it has been around 2 years 6 months period that my request was un-heard of at Reliance Communications, BTC House, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? for me also they did the same thing i had pco conection of reliance communications athey had collected security deposit of 1000 for that when we surrenderd the phone they did not pay our security deposit back they told us to contacty our dealer when we contacted they told tht dd will be sent by the company to us but even after 1year we did not get any thing

Sub.: Network Problem.

I have a RGSM and a CDMA connection, I am having problem since No both network is available in my area for the past 1 month connection is available on roof top.

Customer care is of no help as they claim that the network is o.k. I Think "The most Third class network in Lucknow U.P. East (CHOWK BAJAZA).

Can you help me, Since other network (Idea [protected]) have no problem.

Reliance officials Visit This Site and they will take some serious actions.

This is Satish. I hv a WLL set ( i - Phone in white colour ), which no. is[protected]. I complain so many times regarding Battary Problem to Patna City Local SHOW ROOM, but till today Battary is not available.

Please help me regarding my problem. If this is free or payable I hv no problem.

Problem:- If I receive phone or call any one by phone, after 1 to 1.5 min. battary show low, so I require to change my phone's Battary.

i want to know how the subscriber mobile no. can be blocked... though it is a very tidious job but i came to know that few mobile no. are blocked even if the user does not want it...also its easy to extract the information about the subscriber ...on the basis of which they are threatened, harrased and are subjected to various harrasments...i have complaint regarding the staff sitting in the btc house which is helping the miscreants and is creating the problem for innocent, i suggest to please keep an eye an the staff sitting there calmly..to stop such practises for petty bribes...such incident are common...also the personal data related to id are also leaked under the influence of petty bribes... indian law regarding such crimes are not strict ...on the basis of these grounds its very discouraging to me write such thing which is common these days...i am a reliance subscriber but i am not satisfied with the services of the reliance mobile

lsp 340-e — network or instrument problem

when someone call me network is automatically cut off & after few second the dial tone is coming & sometimes i can't ables to hear voice of the other parties even if front parties is able to hear my voice vice versa when i call some one the same problem is repeated. my lots of calls has been wasted.i have made complains of my tata landline phone no=65291075 four times but problem has not been solved yet.pls do needful.

Reliance Communication - WLL Telephone — Not received the security amount deposited

I have surrendered the handset and stopped the WLL services from Reliance about a year back. All the telephone bills have been paid. So far not received the security amount (Rs 1000) that I had deposited at the time of commencement of WLL service. I was promised the amount within 3 to 4 months, when the instrument was surrendered.

with best regards I beg to inform you that there is no any tower within the range of 11km so that all the villagers and I also facing the problem of call drop. no any other customer interested to buy the new sim because there is no network of any company. Sir due to unavailability of tower I want to give my land on rent to install the tower of any tower. There are only 1 signals bar shown in my mobile while I am using the nokia2626. I am facing this problem from 2years.

I have requested for a new broadband connection on 10th of October and still no one has come for the installation.

I have paid INR 1800 as the connection charges and after multiple followup with reliance guys Sachin and Ritesh in Gomti Nagar office, still they have not taken care for my request.

Now they are not accepting my call even after calling them more than 20 times and are rude in their words stating I can escalate this issue to whomsoever I want to. They have continuously disconnected my call with no answer and blaming eachother for not able to do the work.

I was even planning to take a lease line from reliance communication of 2 mbps but because of such poor delivery and misbehavior of your staff I want to withdraw my request for new connection.

I have a request to see my case as earliest and take strict action against these two guys those who are deteriorating the name of Reliance communication which is considered as a big giant into telecommunication.

Also if I would not hear from you in next 24 hours I will go to consumer forum for their help to recover my money and loss I have faced.
