[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Wrong Charges of Bill and wrong issue of SIM Card to other person

I have a postpaid connection from Reliance Mobile (No. [protected]) company is sending me excess bill on ad-on connection (No.[protected] which is issued in my name to the other person and is lying bill amount Rs. 1146/-. The Ad-on number where they have issued to me is used another person from February to March 2013 (Bill). Ms. Preet and Ms. Simran who is the Executives of the Reliance Mobile at Sangrur Road, Patiala Branch, Dist. Patiala, they have issued a new ad-on number but not given to me and given to the another person. The Executives of the said company has issued a number to my name and given to another person. Every time I have requested to Customer Care and Main Office they did not listen any thing and saying that "abhi half-an-hour mein batate hain" but no phone calls or messages me in this regard so far and my important number[protected] has disconnected.
So Sir, please help me in this regard and I did not pay the excess amount. My complaint regarding Mobile No. [protected] (ad-on number) is about Rs. 995/- has been registered and gave me solution for this purpose. I shall highly thankful to your goodself. Sir, please help me. Please waive of my extra charges.

Reliance Mobile Connection — complaint regarding wrong billing

please refer to my earlier complaint regarding wrong billing . i regret to note that the company has not has not taken any cognizance of my complaint which is the reason behind non payment of my bills.i hope that this reminder is sufficient to receive the corrected bill at the earliest.

Reliance Communication — Extra charges in bill and disconnection

We had purchased a data card in Jan 07 will full downpayment of 4990 by Credit Card, there after we received bills from them with Installment Charges of Rs 500 in each bill, we arrpoced RIL and asked them they reversed half the charges and now again there is same charge on the bills, when spoke to RIL again they say that we have purchased the card on Installment basis, we have a proof the credit card statement with us whcih we showed them and we also asked how was half the amunt reversed on this thay say thay have no IDEA as to why that has happened and they cannot help us on this

We woudl request you to pls look into the matter

Reliance Mobile — excess billing violation of offer

I am using reliance mobile since launch of Reliance Mobile.

I had approached Reliance WebWorld for changing my billing as prepaid billing because my bills were coming unexpectedly high and with charges of R world that we do not use. Also devotional pack charges and lots of things.

I requested to switch to prepaid service at Web World in Kalyan, (Maharashtra).

I received a call on alternate number given at web world and was offered with post paid plan where the monthly rent is Rs 600. when i rejected the offer because i was in Rs. 400 plan and that i wanted to change. Then i was informed that for coming 6 months the rent of Rs. 600 will be waived because my long relationship with R communication. I accepted the same on condition of waiver of rent for six months with other terms remaining same.

Surprisingly, i have received bill with monthly rent of Rs.600 and i complained for the same ( Complaint # 71536940

It was promised to do the needful with in 72 hours but nothing was done and my outgoing calls are bared without any reason.

Representative from R com visited my house for collection of payment without his Identity card. I have instructed him not to do this again or else i will have to lodge police complaint.
as this is disturbing our personal life and reputation. He asked me to visit web world for resolving the matter. I wish to request you not to treat your customers as work less people whom you can invite to web world every now and thn.

I have visited webworld for making my plan prepaid which was not done with new offer, now you are not adhering to your offer and again asking me to visit web world is quiet disturbing.

I have received call today morning asking for payment and informing the informations he had about non payment of bill, amount, time of sms, date of sending bill, , , , , , , and so many things. When you are keeping all this records why your record not showing the data of communication and things discussed on phone.

This things are enough to take a gentlemen to stage of depression. I request you look in to the matter and solve the things as soon as possible.

Reliancce Infocom — Providing unwanted faceleties

Dear Sir,
In spite of several request regarding the activation of my tune on my mobile i.e. before two month my tune activated by your side with out sending any request from our side. After two days on the behalf of my complain that is deactivated by your side and the amount of Rs.50.56- deducted from my bill in sept.08. But in this month the same amount found in my bill invoice against my tune. After discussion with Mr. Nitin complain supervisor (complain no.78078868on dated 16.10.08) on *333 of your costumer care service, that person asked me that is your fault & you are responsible for the same. I very surprised by listen their answer, if I was interested for the above matter then why I call to your costumer care. Please deactivate the any type of my tune permanently and also deduct the amount ageist my tune facility.

Reliance Communications — Excess mobile bill

Please correct my bill .

Reliance Communication — Extra Charges , Bill not Received

Respected Sir,
My complain is that i have not received my usage bill detail one month, and received another month.
I Complainded at R- world center at jamnagar Patel coloney branch. But there are no solved proble. And they also bill Late charges.
Now my problem is why pay, i not received bill late charges. And some time extra chrges which i not usage like R-world.
I complined many more in R-Center or customer care center. Now my moblie is dead condition.What i do?

dear sir, i got excess bill due to unwanted call which we din't did on one special no 578867 for 7199 seconds at 8:08 pm, i m using this walky for my office, we never use these special numbers as its our business number. this mistake is in my APRIL bill
so please try to solve out this problem soon.

I paid all the previous bill payment to Reliance. But now I received one legal notice that I am not paying the bill.

Dear All
I have changed my bill plan ( Reliance Communication Mobile number - [protected]) to My truly Unlimited 995 plan on Sep 23rd ( service Request - SR[protected]. But in the same month i received a bill with my old plan ( Plan 750 ) when i hav complained the same to customer care and as per them the bill was allready ready hence the same will be updated in the month of Oct and i have make payment for the Sep bill. But again in month of Oct i received the bill with old plan again i called the customer care and told them that ia have paid bill on time then why they have barred my outgoing calls though it was not my mistake, again he took my complaint and he assured that it will be rectifiied in NOv bill and requested me to make payment.

In the mean time i have also visited Patna Reliance web world to make payment of my last bill n to discuss the my problem, again the customer care lady was unable to solve my issue and asked me to talk to customer care

But they have bared my outgoing calls today, as my limit is increased, whereas if they have updated my plan ( PLAN -990 ) then there was no use of Excess usage. When i spoke to customer care - Mr Jayesh , he has just noted down my number and he will get back to in two days also spoke to his supervisor - Mr aashish as per them its system fault for which they have taken my complaint but they cannot help me in billing issues. For further discussion they have given me Nodal Officer - [protected] - amit k mitra ( Which is switched Off )

I want to know as still i didnt find any solutions and my outgoing is barred:

where is my mistake when i have changed my plan to unlimited ?

Why my out going calls are barred everytime without my fault where as it system fault ?

why i have to make excess payment everytime to continue my outgoing ?

Why i am tortured or been harassed everytime without my fault

why they have untrained customer care who cannot give solutions to customer?


How much do u need to solve my issue ( Again tdy u hav bared my Outgoing calls ?

Reliance Mobile — Regarding to connection

My reliance CDMA postpaid connection is not working when I’m on roaming due to this reason we are suffering lot while on travel.

this is happening becuase of fake commitment provided by retail outlets

I paid all the previous bill payment to Reliance. But now I not received this latest month bill.

I will not received any latest bill from the company. So please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Reliance Communication — Wrong mobile number given during application

One Gnanakumar has taken a Broadband connection with Reliance Communication and he has given my mobile number as contact. Since the launch of mobile services i have been in custody of this number[protected] and even after repeated requests to Reliance, the corrective efforts have not been made.

I get SMS remainders and calls from them about the bill payment. Infact i have also answered calls from Professional Courier asking for directions to deliver the bill to the so called Gnanakumar.

What can i do now?

Reliance Mobile — Charged me without any bill

Reliance has deducted a sum of Rs 784 from my account for June 2010 bill. However there was no such bill exist as my number ([protected]) was migrated to prepaid. I have also verified in Reliance Web World (South Ex-II Branch, N Delhi-Ranu was the Customer service representative) for the same. I want my money back.

Request you help in this regard. I have supporting document as well.
