Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

Reliance Landlinne Billing Issue — Without Fault Outgoing Calls Barred

I had launched request to Reliance Broadband Wire Line Department for Shifting of Service Location on 30th June and they had shifted it on 11th July (Customer Care Department committed to do it within 72 hrs and Order for the same was generated on 2nd).

After that I have not received bill from Reliance. I complained again to Customer Care Department. They told that you will get the duplicate bill within 42 hrs. Not received the bill again I called to C.C. they told that we have sent might be due to courier problem you will get it tomorrow and if you don’t receive you come back to us.

This is the third time I called C.C., they took another complain for the same problem and assured that duplicate copy of the bill will be delivered to you within next 42 hrs. Again the same problem accrued. On Saturday I received call from local billing department No is[protected] that can I send executive to collect the bill? I told them the problem and they replied that on Monday we will send our executive to collect the bill and he will give you the copy of bill.

No body has come but my outgoing calls have been barred due to non receipt of bill payment from local billing department.

I sent mail to customer care department for the same. But they had not responded. Still now I am waiting for reply from Reliance.

i m also suffering from reliance. Today is 08-08-08 and rel customer care send me the sms and they write 'Today is 08/08/08! Stars may be shining differently on you today. To know sms ddmmyy to 53131eg 23081980. Rs 3/sms'. I send the sms to the particular no and properly, but after 3 hrs i didn't receive any sms to the 53131 no. I was really fedup with this service and i call the customer care no and talk to the customer care representative mr Sahukar. I said to him 'sir i send the sms to the particular no to know how my today's day but i didn't receive any message from your side and also Rs 3 cut to my prepaid account and he said ' sir, that is not out problem. I'll give u the proper no for this service and this is not the customer care no. The no will be chargeable.' and he is aslo say me 'why r u talk to me like small people'. I was really irrate.

Please don't sms on these nos bcz Reliance wale maha chor hai aur lotere hai aur unhe baat karne ki zara si bhi tamiz nahi hai.

After that we have repeat refill of Rs.100/-

Due to refill of Rs.499 lifetime we hv active facility of Lifetime Incoming free.

These mobile is used for absolute incoming calls but surprisingly the amount of Rs.200/- & Rs.100/- has been deducted and the bal is running in -ve??

Kindly be generous enough to clarify anaginst what usage is the amount being deducted. kindly revert on [protected]@rediffmail.com.

I m a User of reliance, my no. is [protected] in maharashtra, On 18th of aug, i did the top up of rs 85 at around 9-10 p.m, then i did sms i.e MT 525315 to 51234 for downloading the hello tune named "aate jaate". but i got the sms "insufficent bal", i did SMS again and again(five times) i got same response, then i checked my bal., 30rs. was deducted, i called customer care 3 times - they replied me there is system fault on that day, the caller tune will be activated within 48 hours.

i called them on 20th, some lady was there, she first told me that there was nothing charged, but when i had given exact details to her, then she accepted that i did 5 sms and 15 rs. charged and 15 rs. charged for downloading that hello tune, but wht she did i dont know, even she had not given me the complain no., again and again i called at customer care, but still i m getting replies tht "there is system low Call tomorrow" Still i didn't got any information abt it, where my 30 rs. gone...

plzzz... can any1 look at my matter & reply me soon or contact me soon as soon as possible.

My new mobile SMART connection taken from a dealer in Howrah about 1 month back with validity of outgoing for the next 2 months and lifetime incoming has recd a message from Reliance saying that both such services are barred, without giving any details ! How horrendous this company has become. Is there any place where i can get a solution to my problem ? seems like i have lost all the money which i have invested in this connection.
I have purchased a reliance Wireless Modem(Prepaid Internet Connection) from Reliance Office, Attingal before 3 weeks. The address Proof and Photo were already produced to that Office. But the internet connection was activated and worked promptly. But the same was not working from about 20-08-08 onwards. I have contacted Reliance Office, Attingal mand they instructed to produce the Proof ID and Photo again. It may be noted that the address proof and Photo has alrady been produced at the time of purchasing the wireless modem. sir, i take a reliance prepaid connection for jharkhand state. The number is [protected] . when i take this connection i suffer from problem i live at chirkunda which is 40 km far away from dhanbad i cant get and receive any call from chirkunda but at dhanbad its working i can get and receive all calls for this i make a complain reliance web world and many centers related to reliance and they say me just complain at customer care i complain there but my problem not shot out till now ..what i do and how ? i want to contact customer care dialed *333 but sad i cant get them ...

Now due to this one person come from k.d.electronics and told me that just you do payment i will change your terminal within two days. It's outgoing call stopped on5ht sep 2008.I have complained on customer care but they can not solve thish problem.
but they dit not reduce rent for the disconnect period.
my paln 440 post paid. per day Rs.15 charged, we must paying that amount for that periods.

Another one importance that is if we recharge Rs:55 they said full talk time. but 30 Rs is allocate for to talk only in to Local Reliance Mobile only.i not have any reliance mobile friends and family . so what can i do? i am paying money i know that who to i speack .who are you comple to me?

I use this number very less, as i am using idea chitchat so idea network is not good in these days so i am using reliance prepaid, today i went to recharge it but outgoing facility is no more in my mobile, so kindly suggest me, what should i do my reactive mobile.My incoming facility is active, so i will be thankful if you could solve the problem.

I have reliance pre paid broadband and land line. The people are not giving me prepaid card, not converting my plan from pre paid to post paid. tehy are not changing my plan, my phone is off for last 1 month. customare care always tells that the problem will be solved within 24 hours and they are saying tis for last 15 days.. funny...

if you have a single option... pls dont go for RELIANCE... its sucks...

I reside at Picnic Garden area at Kalyani, dist -nadia in West Bengal. Here we have been facing week signal strenth for the last three months and because of this we are to face problem like disconnecting again and again at the time of receivng and making any call. Moreover you will be surprised to learn that your tower is situated at the stone throwing distance from my house. In this regard I had lodged a complain(whose service request no. is[protected]is) about 20 days ago but unfortunately no action has yet been taken from your part. So I am requesting you please do the needful in this regard as early as possible.
