Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

Reliance World — outgoing barred without reason but bills still coming

For the last 2month s my data card isnt connecting me to the internet. The outgoing service was barred for no apparent reason. SOme system error. No updation was made even when all the bills were paid regularly. Even when the connection isnt working bills are coming. How? Why? I've been trying for 2months to get it to start working but no 1 helps in the customer care. Call keeps getting transferred form 1 to the other, none knowing a thing! I keep getting harassed by them asking me my details over n over n being kept on hold for 15-30mins. at the end of which i cut the call tired of hearing the famous reliance music. I want some action to be taken or i'll be forced to lodge a complaint against MNCs like Reliance. If they have any conscience they'll correct this nuisance.

I had activated a stv 249(freedom plan) on my mobile number [protected] on dated 20.01.2009 which has a validity of 30 days up to19.02.2009.But it was curtailed yesterday on dated 29.01.2009 without giving me any information regarding this and there is no specific detail given by customer care executive but i had registered a complaint on dated 30.01.2009 having a complaint no.87420439 .I have all the proofs regarding this STV recharge.1-My retailer, 2-Recieved confirmation message on activating this STV.
I am a loyal customer of reliance communication for last 6 years and due to regular use of this specific STV(freedom plan), I am facing a serious probleum and I hope you will look forward regarding this complaint.

SINCE LAST THREE MONTHS I AM NOT GETING PROPER RANGE IN MY LAND LINE.

BUT SINCE LAST THREE MONTHS I HAVE BEEN PROMISED THAT BUSTER WILL BE PUT AT MY HOME. NO BODY IS HELPING, HENCE I REQUEST YOU CANCELL MY LANDLINE NO. I booked 2 No. Reliance GSM Sim in the name of Anand R. Kulkarni & Angha A. Kulkarni from Relaince Web World, Nirala Bazar, Aurangabad (M) (Phone No.[protected] on 09.01.2009.

I regulary asked in the office of Reliance Web World & written letter to cusomer care also about not getting the Card.

Yesterday Evening I called to Reliance Web World & that time they told that, you will collect your Sim tomorrow after 10.00 o'clock. Today I reached at 1.18 in the office I asked about the card, but they told that, the timing of taking the form is 10 to 1.00 P.M. & he refused to give the form & Card & also told that the scheme has changed. Daily Rs.10/- talktime Scheme has changed. I told them I booked the Sim at the basis of this Scheme & you have not given the Sim within the period & how you will you not given me this Scheme. Mr. Parvez (the Representative of Reliance Web World) told that, you have booked the Sime not booked the Scheme. Pl. note that, I booked the Sim on the basis of this Scheme & you have not given me the Sim within the period of Scheme.

Pl. look into the matter personally & give the reply within 24 hours. Becuase tomorrow I will also go their before 1 o'clock till them your reply expected to received before that.

I have taken new connection with number [protected] about one month ago, but they resume my service after one week due to some problem in address.I again submit new form with correct address but still not get any response.
please consider my application, and start my service ASAP.
I am unsatisfied with your services. There is two much Network problem. Network busy pls try again later and signal faded call was lost is the routine. While talking to others on the mobile, the other subscriber is connected or the ring starts going. I am fetup with your service.

never ever buy reliance mobiles not that they arenot good but the people are not good y do u feed them by buying ..insted i recommend bad network also
