Dealings at Reliance Store at S D Road for matters concerning exchanges isf awful, horrible, unaccpetable, unfair, against their policies. Therefore be very careful while taking the final call on buying at that store. Sales team members are excellent with their expert knowledge. But just the opposite is their CRM. The lady BAD BAD BAD and with unfair dealings she is very bad. Despite requests she refused to issue Credit Nnote for the exchanged item in utter violation of their Return Policy diplayed on their website, in shops, on invoices etc. VERY unfair and whisical. Reliance should be very careful. Else they lose their customers.
