[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — STAFF MISBEHAVIOUR

I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh, Janak Puri Store. The staff misbehaved with my two little kids and when argued the staff specially the Guard was acting a goonda. The staff has not coutesy ( I think Reliance has forgot to provide its staff the basic etiquettes as how to behave with custormers) . IT WAS REALLY A HORRIFYING AND VERYVERY DISTASTESTEFUL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A 7 YEAR OLD...IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THESE KIDS WE GO TO THIS STORE AND NOW BY MISBEHAVING WITH THEM THEY HAVE ENSURED THAT WE DO NOT REVISIT THIS USELESS STORE...

CAN SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE FRESH WILL HAVE CURTESY TO CALL ME AND SAY SORRY FOR THE ROUDY BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR STAFF.

Lots of vegetables & fruits get perished at reliance fresh outlets daily.Do we afford to waste the food when a large population dont get a square meal a day.Cant we dispose off the perishables for consumption before they are only fit to be garbaged. Can the Socially Responsible Corporate Entity like Reliance do something about it? Only the farmer knows the effort that goes into growing each item that ends on the shelf.Dear Ambanis, please do something urgently.

Reliance Fresh — Denial of cosumer incentive

I am a regular buyer/visitor to RELIANCE FRESH, I.T.I. Yamuna Nagar. Haryana since the day of its inaguration.
Last month, September2009, they introduced the scheme but the incentive was to be delivered afterwards from Oct.5,2209 to Oct.12,2009.
I visted the store, yesterday, on Oct.7,2009 to collect the incentive but to my surprise the staff/Manager asked for my identitification denying my permanent 'reliance card' and personal relations on the pertext of 'orders from bosses'.
These people are habitual of such kind of frauds.

Reliance Fresh — Duty Hours and Duties

i want to know about the duty hours of a Customer Service Attendant at in the Reliance Fresh, because one of my friend is doing more than 10 hours a day. The manager attitude is like that.
And also he is telling the other department works to them like House Keeping.

Reliance Fresh — no supply of gift item

MY R CARD NO.IS [protected] . I HAVE PURCHASED FOR MORE THAN RS 2500 IN SEP 2009.COMPANY SCHEME WAS THAT ON THE PURCHASE OF RS 2500.THEY WILL GIVE A “”NIRLAP BRAND KARAHI”” IN RS 149.00 WITH IN FIVE DAYS AFTER[protected]. I VISITED ALMOST SEVEN TIMES AFTER FOR THE GIFT BUT THEY DON’T GIVE IT.ON 18.10.2009 I AGAIN DEMANDED FOR MY GIFT BUT THEY SAID THAT THE KARAHI WILL NEVER COME AND SAID THAT THEY WILL GIVE ME A GLASS SET AND BOWL SET FREE OF COST TO COMPENSATE ME. THEY TOOK MY R CARD NO.[protected].AND ISSUE A VOUCHER . I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THEY HAVE DEMANDED RS 98 FOR BOTH ABOVE ITEMS IN THAT VOUCHER.
I THINK THEY ALL ARE FRAUD .I WILL NEVER COME IN RELIANCE FRESH IN MY LIFE .

Reliance Fresh — purchase of bread

I as ked for Bread in Reliance fresh. I was astonished to see two idfferent price tag on two piece of the bread. I asked them what was the difference betwwen the two? They were unable to Explain the same.One of the bread was priced at Rs.15 & other at Rs.17. They didnot explained me the difference rather talked to me rudely. They have charged Rs.17 for the bread. Although it is matter of only Rs.2 but it leads to the backwardness of the econony as it is basic neccessity.

my complaint is regarding not obeying the offer rules.for 2009 sept there was an offer, 2500 rs purchase for sept one frying pan worth rs 95 .But the offer not provided

please don't purchase from Relaince fresh stores as they are not providing discounts offers and misbehave if you ask for the same

it is not matter of discounts but the company like reliance is making people fool and makes money.

Reliance Fresh — Promotional Offer was not given because of employee

On 1st of November, we purchased items worth Rs.2799 as there was an promotional offer that i[censored] purchase goods upto worth Rs.1999 you can win the Treno Crockery by paying only Rs.49/-
After we did the payment and on receiving the bill we asked for the offer that we have won they informed that these offers are only for the Reliance membership card holders..why this was not informed before swiping out the bill ??, We could have issued the new membership card from the same shop....How can Reliance do such cheating.

I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE FRESH. TODAY, I MADE SOME PURCHASES AT YOUR BRANCH AT NO.337, MINT STREET, SOWKARPET, CHENNAI - 600 001 AS PER CASH MEMO NO. C[protected] AT 10.44.55 - S 02263 - R001. WHILE RETURNING BALANCE THE BILLING STAFF, MS ALAMELU, GIVE ME ONE CURRENCY NOTE OF RS.50/ - DENOMINATION WHICH WAS TORNED AT NUMBER. WHEN REQUESTED FOR REPLACING, THE STAFF MADE ME TO WAIT AND GAVE ME ANOTHER CURRENCY NOTE OF RS.50 WHICH WAS ALSO TORNED AT THE CENTRE TOP IN BAD CONDITION. EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD FEW GOOD AND BETTER CURRENCY NOTE OF RS.50/-, SHE REFUSED TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED / TORNED CURRENCY NOTE. SHE INSISTED ME TO ACCEPT THE SAME. SHE WAS ALSO LAUGHING AT HER THIS TYPE MISBEHAVIOUR WITH ME. SHE COMPELLED ME TO TAKE THE DAMAGED / TORNED CURRENCY NOTE AND DID NOT REPLACE.

WHEN I ASKED HER TO GIVE ME COMPLAINT BOOK SO THAT I CAN REGISTER MY COMPLAINT,
BUT SHE INFORMED THAT THERE IS NO COMPLAINT BOOK AND ALSO THE MANAGER IS NOT
IN THE BRANCH. HOWEVER, YOUR SECURITY STAFF GAVE ME THE COMPLAINT BOOK AND ALSO TOOK ME TO THE MANAGER. I HAVE INFORMED THE MANAGER ABOUT MY GRIEVANCES AND REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND MAY TAKE ACTION AS PER COMPANY'S POLICY AND PROCEDURE . I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT IN THE REGISTER.

I AM SHOCKED TO THE MISBEHAVIOUR OF THE BILLING STAFF WITH THE CUSTOMER. WHEN SHE HAD SELECTED THE TORNED/ DAMAGED CURRENCY NOTE OUT OF THE NOTES AVAILABLE WITH HER AND ALSO INSISTED ON ME TO TAKE SUCH NOTE. SHE WAS ALSO

On 29/11/2009, I had purchased from Reliance Fresh outlet at Mahalakshmi Layout, Bangalore, 1 KG Safal Frozen peas (Batch No. K9-P manufacturing date 07 Nov 2009) with MRP as Rs. 105/-.

Releiance fresh has charged Rs. 115/- against the MRP price of Rs. 105/-. This is against all business ethics. Even small shops also will not charge price more than MRP. It is surprise to see company like Reliance can charge Rs. 10/- more than MRP. I request all the consumers be aware
of excess charging by the outlets and cheating the general public.

WE ARE THE ROUTINE CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE FRESH 22-B CHANDIGARH.WE PURCHASED SOME VEGITABLE ITEM VIDE BILL NO.C6203 AT19:31:17.MY WIFE AND ME PICKED CHILLIES BHAJJI CHILLI GREEN WEIGHING 0.234 AND 0.080GRAMS RESPECTIVELY AND WRONGLY PUT THEM IN ONE NET CARRIER KEEPING TN VIEW THE MEAGRE QUANTITY AND SAME RATE OF BOTH THE ITEMS TO WHICH COUNTER CASHIER REFUSED TO DELIVER AS IT WAS LITTLE DIFFICULT FOR TO SEPARATE,WE DECIDED NOT TO PURCHSE THESE TWO ITEMS BUT THE CASHIER MANNING THE OTHER COUNTER PASSED UNCALLED FOR COMMENT WITHOUT ANY PROVOCATION "JANE DO" BUT A HELPER OF YOURS OFFERED TO HELP IN SEPARTING ITEMS AND ASKING US TO TAKE TO WHICH WE ACCEDED TO.PLEASE ASK YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE COURTIUOS AND HELPFUL AND MAKING THEM UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THEY ALSO ARE OF NO PURPOSE.

I went to purchase some vegetables and other stuffs to Reliance fresh at Kondapur, Hyderabad 500084. My total bill amount was Rs. 25.16 and I found the salesman is asking for Rs.26.00. The explanation was given that the bill amount was 25.16 and it is rounded to 25.50 by adding 34 paise and as they dont have 50 paise change so customer has to pay Rs.6. I asked the salesman why your software is designed in that way and came to know that billl amount is always rounded to next rupees irrespective the paise and this is as per the design of the software. Though I paid the amount and left reliance fresh. though this is not a big amount but still I think this is not the correct way to round the amount.
It will be of great help if you recheck you policy of rounding the amount.

I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh in Mohali (Near Chandigarh); have been going to the same store for more than a year now. Today as I was leaving, after having paid my bill, i was called back in and was searched for any unpaid (stolen) items!!!!!! This is, when I visit the store on an average, twice a week and half of the persons who work in the store recognize me. Keep it up guys, u lost a customer. Gud Luck!!!!!!!
I am regional manager of BAYER CROP SCIENCE in PUNE. When I entered into mall a MANAGER was doing sex with other female employ behind stall.When I scold on him, he has given me challenge that i[censored] won't be silent I will finish ur family.

Today i visited one of your reliance fresh outlet in OLD Alwal, secunderabad,
There was a banner hanging in the Car parking slot " shop above 1000/- and get the free gifts...three options were shown in the banner.
1. toilet cleaner
2. Mopz bottles (4 numbers)
3. some other product...

I shopped for 1277/- worth of goods in that outlet, but they refused to give me the 4 bottles which was shown in the banner. They gave me only one bottle.
Reliance fresh can't cheat customers like this, not acceptable.

If i am not getting the remaining bottles from Reliance fresh, I am sure I will send this mail to more than 100 customer/friends and more others, will effect to busniess.
One customer is enough to give wrong words for a product.
