[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — STAFF MISBEHAVIOUR

I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh, Janak Puri Store. The staff misbehaved with my two little kids and when argued the staff specially the Guard was acting a goonda. The staff has not coutesy ( I think Reliance has forgot to provide its staff the basic etiquettes as how to behave with custormers) . IT WAS REALLY A HORRIFYING AND VERYVERY DISTASTESTEFUL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A 7 YEAR OLD...IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THESE KIDS WE GO TO THIS STORE AND NOW BY MISBEHAVING WITH THEM THEY HAVE ENSURED THAT WE DO NOT REVISIT THIS USELESS STORE...

CAN SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE FRESH WILL HAVE CURTESY TO CALL ME AND SAY SORRY FOR THE ROUDY BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR STAFF.

my self Mr Sachin Chavan card no[protected] On 25th June I visited Reliance fresh Store at tilakwadi Belgaum Karnatak 590006, with my wife and Daughter and My Daughter was carrying Cabury Chocolate while entering the store which we bought from some other shop.but that time security guard didnt check us and we enter to store when we purchase some vegitables and coming out he asked about that chocolate which my daughter holding in her hand and the way he argued with us as we stolen it from the store. and they checked thier stock of same chocolates in the store they found shortage of 18 pieces of same chocolates.it was very ambrassing for me that he treated me infront of somany customer as thief. Infact he should not allow us to carry the chocolate while we entering the store or ask us to keep it in locker outside.he was not attentive on his duty and because of his negligency we have to take his words and surprisingly store manager was also not present there when this instance took place.the person misbehave with us is Mr.B.N.Guru working there as security Gaurd, i hope relience should employ people who have some basic manners and who perform there part of duty properly and avoide such incidencc

Sub: Irregularities in Reliance Fresh shop in Brindaban Society, Thane (W) 400601
I would like to bring to your kind notice that your store opened in Brindaban Society, Thane (W) 400601 does not sell products to end customers. Instead, many times the products are consumed y the staff employed at the stores or the products are sold at deep discounts to various shopkeepers. As a result of the same, the store does not reach out to the retail segment of population which is very large. Brindaban Society, Thane (W) itself has a population of more than 20000 people. Further, residents of a lot of local localities nearby also come to Brindaban Society for their daily shopping.
In such a scenario, the ideal marketing strategy would be to tap the end customers rather than a few shopkeepers. This will add to your customer base as well as enhance your brand image.

I encountered a very painful experience at one of Reliance Fresh outlets in Nagpur. I went to buy something from Maneesh Nagar Reliance Fresh were the lady standing before me was doing billing. She kept a mosquito repellent in her basket which was marked under half price category. The person involved in billing simply took that item from the basket saying it is no more under 50% discount category. The white discount label was still there and when asked for explanation, the Manager of this particular branch behaved like an . I am sorry to use this word for him. But, the attitude he showed during whole course o[censored]nhealthy consumer-Store manager conversation is the real matter for worry and the very reason to write you.
What I feel is that the Store manager should have accepted the mistake done from their end and should have provided the item selected by customer. This was entirely the mistake of the person who kept the item under 50% discount category, The store manager who doesn’t have the ability to defend the mistake done by his staff and the customer who had no guts to ask for the selected item under the category she selected for.
I came out of the shop with great pain.
Being a very busy Businessman, it will be difficult for you to discuss this matter with the concerned employee. As a customer, I along with many standing that time at your outlet will never go to the particular branch. It will really not affect you in any manner. But, what you lost yesterday is the fame of your father, the Reliance Group and many customers who will definitely feel cheated while having shopping at any of the Reliance Fresh outlets.

Reliance Fresh Vikram Square — Electricity consumption

Dear sir,
we are a group working for the welfare of environment & society very often come across a problem........whenever we visit Reliance fresh ( Vikram Square- Indore) find the main doors open(moreover in evening times) while the Air condition inside is at its full load condition.......being a mechanical engineer i know that Air conditions extracts around 60% electicity in normal A/C homes.....in Reliance fresh we can imagine the load extraction to be much more than this as the requirement is to maintain the freshness of items stored in a large quantity.....
But keeping the door opened can enhance the electricity wastage to worst level as it starts cooling outside environment also......
In this regards i reported to the custmer care officer there ( Mr. Singh) but he didn't take the appropriate action.......
SAVING ENERGY IS EVERYONES RESPONSIBILITY.....
such practices will also results in a huge cut in your profit margin.....

i am a customer of reliance fresh kkharghar navi mumbai purchsed one speenach and the billed for two speenach, when asked cashier is reluctant to give money back. I left the store and the cashier said do the complaint where ever you want.

I fully agreed.My wife & my daughters faced same situation in your Store at PAL ROAD, JODHPUR. Your staff member Ganpat misbehave with my wife & daughters. I lodged my complaint in your Complaint Register.(Complaint No. 6 ).
Kindly look into matter and take action against such elements. Such elements are not only harmful but hamperd goodwill of Reliance also.

My wife had a bad experiance today, she bought dal total price Rs . 102, the lady told to my wife if you have change Rs. 2/- take it otherwise, one more person standing in the quee and she told she will do combined billing they need to go out and take the change, I went shop and asked that lady, she told me how we can give 98/- change, if she takes some we can give the change, what I feel I think management teaching this type of tricks. Reliance Fresh Outlet At Kharghar — Twice billing carried out

I had purchased some items from Reliance Fresh Stores in Kharghar on 5th November, 2011 at 1845 hrs and my billing amount was Rs 745.86. I made a payment using my ICICI debit card and after sometime I received two messages mentioning that the amount was deducted twice from my debit card account. Once it was 745.86 and another 746.86.
I have given a complaint to the counter person named Anil who took down my mobile number and details of the additional deducted payment and by the time another customer also came in saying her amount had been debited thrice from her account. I was assured that the additional amount will be refunded within 3-4 days.However nobody has contacted me as yet and this seems to be a regular feature as the counter chap said - the same thing had happened few days back too.

May please do the needful to refund the additional amount deducted at the earliest else people will gradually stop using the outlet.
I purchased curd from relaince fresh, new seemapuri. As per mother dairy printed date, packing date is 20.11.11 mrp Rs.10.00
however a sticker was pasted showing date as 29.1.2011 and price Rs.5.00
Curd found perished and as per mother dairy, it has to expire on 29.11.11
We do know, where the complain is to be lodged
Reliance fresh gwalior m.p is not giving proper service to the coustemer even staff of store is behaving worst i think he loss his master in reliane store display is show something but purchasig verry differ from it my suggesation please depute some serious manager and staff other wise in future close the stor.

It is stated that I had purchased some goods from Reliance Fresh Shop at ARJUN NAGAR, New Delhi for sum of Rs 1998.24 vide bill no#161 dt 17/12/11.
I want pay the bill by credit card as the server was down we tried many times with different credit cards but it did not give any slips to be signed .The store manager thus advised me to pay cash which I did . But next day I was shocked to see massage alert in my inbox that I was billed thrice on my credit cards .

Therefore I went meet the store manager Mr Abid Iqbal and was assured that these entries would be reserved from your side .Therefore it is requested to kindly reserve these payments at the earliest so that I would not have to pay for goods purchased four times.

Reliance Fresh — WEIGHT CHEATING

Recently Hyderabad has implemented ban on polythene Bags and Reliance Fresh has implemented it. Now they have placed plastic baskets for customers to place their selected vegetables. When these baskets are taken to the billing counter, weighing is done including the basket without appropriate zero adjustment. For each vegetable item billed customer will pay the money for the weight including the basket.

When confronted with this fact the person in the till argued that the basket is very light and wouldnt matter much, the fact was that the basket weighs 64 grams, means about 1.30 Rs per each weighed item.

Reliance Fresh — Duplicate Freshwrapp Aluminium foil

I bought a Freshwrap Aluminum foil from Reliance fresh. It was a duplicate one.It was not more than 2 meters in lengh as well as lengh was not mentioned on cover.
this site is bogus, no one replied me.
