[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — STAFF MISBEHAVIOUR

I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh, Janak Puri Store. The staff misbehaved with my two little kids and when argued the staff specially the Guard was acting a goonda. The staff has not coutesy ( I think Reliance has forgot to provide its staff the basic etiquettes as how to behave with custormers) . IT WAS REALLY A HORRIFYING AND VERYVERY DISTASTESTEFUL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A 7 YEAR OLD...IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THESE KIDS WE GO TO THIS STORE AND NOW BY MISBEHAVING WITH THEM THEY HAVE ENSURED THAT WE DO NOT REVISIT THIS USELESS STORE...

CAN SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE FRESH WILL HAVE CURTESY TO CALL ME AND SAY SORRY FOR THE ROUDY BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR STAFF.

Reliance Fresh — mannerless staff

Sir,
The staff of reliance fresh,nirupam mall,hoshangabad rd,bhopal are very ill-manered& insulting. They dont
Know how to talk to customers & quarrel on pity issues like change. They also dont sell product citing various
issues like change etc.

Reliance Fresh — Misbehaviour of security staff

they just purchases the goods available at reliance fresh stores and sell them at higher prices to local shopkeepers at higher prices afterwards
i regret my visit to a reliance fresh shop at no 124, ganesh nagar, rajakilpakkam, Chennai, Tamil on 20th feb2012.i happen pass through this shop while coming to my home, just to save some money by buying vegetables from reliance fresh, i have parked my bike in front of this shop and handed over my new studd helmet which costs more than rs 1000 to the security guard near the entrance, i just entered the shop to pick vegetables.there were only two or three customers inside the job. after shopping when came out to collect the helmet fm the security man he simply said that someone wrongly taken the helmet and offered an old helmet saying he would call when the person who wrongly taken returns mine.when tried to see the supervisor of the shop, i was informed that he is on leave and when asked for next in charge, ha has gone for lunch. so, i left the old helmet with the security man and asked to call me when the person returns mine.
next day when contacted supervisor of that shop, he asked sorry for the mistake of security man and persuaded me to take the old one.to avoid fine from traffic police i had to take that and come to home.
to save some money i have to loose the helmet worth of more rupees 1000.

if the security person cannot be at vigil for the item personally handed over to him what is security for the vehicle parked in front the shop.

Reliance Fresh — COINS - CHANGE

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

IT IS A GENERAL TENDANCY IN ALL THE RELIANCE FRESH STORES, SPECIALLY AT EAST PARK ROAD, KAROL BAGH STORE, TO GIVE TOFFEES INSTEAD OF COINS IN RETURN. I THINK THAT PROVIDING COINS FOR CHANGE IS DUTY OF THE STORES. TOFFEES ARE USELESS FOR CUSTOMERS. SO INSTRUCTION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO STORES TO PROVIDE COINS TO THE CUSTOMERS FOR CHANGE.

Today i notice expired goods sold for 50% off in reliance fresh, chennai... Am not totally against Reliance fresh, but we have to be careful before going for the offers in display. Check the expiry date

of the manufacturer and not the reliance labels before buying products in offer... this creates bad name to the top brands and also to reliance. will someone take measure on this and warn reliance fresh? hope the government authority does not take any bribe from the top player and keep quiet.

I had a similar arrogant experience from RELIANCE FRESH STAFF, Mr. Sandeep More, he claim he is in charge of Reliance fresh near Hiranandani Estate, Thane on 18th April 2012. I had purchased Ssuper Wedges potatos frozen on 16th April 2012, which when opened on 18th April 2012, contents within it was damaged. I requested to accept the return, which he refused arrogantly, I further requested to let me have in writing that he will not accept the same, he arrogantly thrown packet and also told me, whatever you need to do he is not bothered. Reliance Fresh — Fresking private body parts

I was shopping at reliance fresh malviya nagar , Jaipur store. When I come out of the store after shopping then guard started frisking me like I am a thief he even touched my private body parts to ensure that i am not stealing anything in my UG. I am feeling ashamed and very insulted what can I do ?
This is a complaint of your Indore based Reliance Fresh, 18 Trade center, UG 20-27, Kanchan Bagh, South Tukoganj, Indore.
I am a regular customer of your reliance store and your evening staff knows us very well my card no is [protected].
My dad had forgotten our new Cello Tiffin carrier (Cosmos 4) of Rs 876 with a cover of rs180 on Saturday night 19th may time 20:27.when we came back to pick it back your stores was closed. Could not go to the stores on Sunday. And the evening guard knew that it was our Tiffin case.
When we went to the store on Monday 21 may at 2pm we were told by the guard that he had given it to some other customer. And I doubt no one would take things without knowledge. Asked him to check the cctv footage got a very rude reply from the morning guard and the manager. They say it take s one months time for the footage to come.
I want the cctv footage of Monday from the time the store opens till 14:30 or will take action on it as it was kept inside the stores and it’s the stores guards responsibility to take care of our belonging.

the reliance fresh staff who attending the phone is not know how to behave or talk to a person on the other side. she just put up the phone when i ask about the bill they gave to me yesterday. i bought some offered toilet tissue rolls. they print BUY 1 GET 1 FREE.so i took 2 packs. really they meant the contents inside the pack.anyway i called for the clarity but they are rude to me. really i'm not expect this from such a good(?) team. this is from reliance fresh, m.c road, muvattupuzha. kerala.

I had a very bad experience today at reliance fresh outlet gorakhpur branch jabalpur (m.p.) One of staff named MADHU SHARMA misbehaved with me while i was choosing an umbrella for me because it was heavily raining outside. she spoke to me in a very high pitch in front of so many customers. She told me not to open umbrellas and asked me to keep them in their respected covers. i could not understand how could a customer choose a non edible product without checking it.i left store immediately but it was raining so i couldn't reach my car. then i complaint to store manager, he knew the whole story told by some other staff. I asked him to take action against her but he didn't helped me much. I think reliance fresh store will loose their valuable customers and not even a single staff member has the curtsy to say sorry in front of everybody the way i have been insulted.

I am a regular custmr of reliance fresh product. But iam n't happy for ur staff member's all o[censored]r staff member's are very poor, they have not to able for custmr.in ur outlet there is 4 counter for billing, 2 is not working one of them is always empty for hang error. I, Dr. G.D. Pareek visited Reliance Fresh store located at Kishanpole market. jaipur. at about 9:20 PM. The guard, Mr. Ajeet Singh refused to enter in the store saying that "store is closed, u may visit tomorrow." I told him that closing time of store is 10 PM. He didn't accept and show me the time written on the main gate glass and that was 7 AM to 9 PM. I again told him that this time is very old, now the right time of closing is 10 PM. Then he started misbehaving with me saying that he knows better than me. Meanwhile, an employee of the store came out and allowed me for purchasing saying that closing time is 10 PM only but today we have to set the store. Seeing the instance, I ask either you take necessary disciplinary action against the guard Mr. Ajeet Singh or cancel my consumer card forever. I also request for correction of time printed on glass of the main gate. Thanking you

Reliance Fresh — billed more than MRP

today i shopped at reliance fresh located at Oberon Mall at kochi. i was billed more than the MRP (on suguna chicken breast). when enquired the reply was "the price changes online".

I urge you to look into this matter.

I had gone to Reliance Fresh Kalyan on 09.09.2012, its very surprising to see that none of the credit card machines work in such a big store like Reliance and the staff over there are useless. They behave rudely with ladies. When I was about to leave the store one staff name Salman started passing comments on me about the whole issue its like Reliance is employing taporis in their shop and it is nothing less than eve teasing for a girl.
today i went realiance fresh store mahipalpur.where my expierence is very bad.
