Reliance — non receipt of permanent card

I am a regular customer of reliance fresh, I was issued a temperory card with No [protected] at Reliance fresh, West Marredipally Hyderabad, in January 2008.

I was iinformed that a permanet card will be issued with in three months from date of issue of temporary card, Even after one and half year also I was not issued the permanent card.

Please consider this and do the needful action.

this is bogus company just exorbitant prices. one should stay away from this bogus company. just they donot bother to deliver the permanent card.

Counter Boy had not given Reward points on my card and hadn't he taken my card

The counter boy of Reliance Fresh (C-block, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan) had refused to take my Reliance Card. I had also shopped above Rs.1500/- .He also talked me rude behavior. Please take action towards this.
