[Resolved] Reliance Fresh Ltd. Jalandhar — poor/inefficient service in bill payment

Regrettably, I am your consumer vide No.[protected] 4 since its inception at B-IV,
Gazigulla Road, Gopal Nagar, Jalandhar, Punjab144008 among others. (Also used to visit your G.T.Road Near Guru Gobind Singh Avenue Store and the Hyper Mart in Industrial Area, since closed).
Today, 16th Dec., at about 3 PM, I purchased goods worth Rs. 143.66 and Rs. 202.58 through Master Card. I borrowed a pen twice for signing said two bills from your staff at the payment counter, which I returned after signing.
When coming out, one of your billing executive rushed out to inquire whether I had returned the pen after signing the Charge Slip. I replied in the negative. When I was about to start my conveyance, another of your Admn. Executive rushed out to ask the same question. I repeated my previous answer, since I had returned the pen. I am a Bank Officer with a Nationalised Bank due to retire soon, and my children are well educated (My daughter, a Computer Engineer resigned from Sap Labs, Bangalore to marry a Computer Engineer and Oxford University MBA, and my son - Instrumentation Engineer and Senior Officer with Asian Paints, NOIDA). Had my wife (a post graduate in Fine Arts and ex-Arts Teacher with a Senior Secondary School in Vijay Nagar, Jalandhar) not accompanied me, I surely would have taken off all my clothes at the gate of your Establishment in front of the Sardarji gentleman to assure your staff that I had duly returned and not STOLEN one/two rupee pen after signing the charge slip.
Many a times, I do not use my Reliance membership card to avoid additional wastage of time at the billing counters, since I know that TIME IS LIFE, which your esteemed staff must also know. I am not even redeeming the earned points. Surely, since your premises is under video or CCTV surveillance, it can prove the truth of my statement. But I am positive that I shall think twice before stepping in at your store, since the time taken at the payment counter is much more than it takes to buy goods. Also many times I have left the bill with the security staff because they are equally efficient, while one has bought Ice cream etc.
I am sure, the number of footfalls to your establishments must have reduced from what it was in the past. When consumer becomes wiser, he knows what to avoid.
