Reliance Fresh Mohali Phase 5 — billing too slow | |||
it takes 10 minutes to purchase items but 30 minutes to get the bill. one has to stand for long to get items billed. all 4 counters never working, only 1 or 2 working, single person on a counter to scan items, put into envelope and take money. salespersons too slow and too insensitive. if a customer has any problem, instead of going to him and helping, they keep on standing and staring from a distance and laugh shamelessly. this happened today on 24.july.2011 with me when one of the packets of verka milk got torn at the counter. instead of helping me out, salespersons shamelessly started laughing. there is no manager or supervisor to check working of salesgirls and salesmen. people working there are shameless, worse than govt. employees Was this information helpful? | |||
