I anand kumar mohta insured under reliance healthwise policy no:[protected] have submited the claim form along with all hospitilization papers on 03/03/2010 to Mediassist India tpa service the tpa under my policy but till now my claim is not settled .During the period I have called to mediassist many- many times but every times I got responce that my claim is under process & there is no other query from my side. I would only like to say I have taken the policy from reliance because of thire brand image & such poor service rendered by tpa will ultimatlly hamper the image of Reliance General Insurance Co.

Reliance General Insurance — Delay in Process of Claim

I have insured my Bajaj Avenger Bike thru Reliance General Insurance Receipt Number[protected] Dt. 11.02.2008. My bike meat with an accident and i got my bike serviced by Bajaj Authorised Service Center. After that i lodged the claim for the payment made towards damages to service center in May'08.
I was assured by them that the claim would be settled in next 7-8 working days but still any reponce from their side is awaited.
I lodged complain on their telephon number[protected]my complain number is 470224 Dt. 16.07.08) regarding delay but no responce were given. Every time i called them they said the case is pending due to non submission of documents but no one told me what document is pending. I spoke to the surveyor of the company (who did survey for my bike and gave the estimate) & asked him for the documents i gave to him, He assured me that all the documents have been submitted to the company.
I gave so many reminders too to them but nothing happened.
Today again i called them but again the complain have been forwarded & the same reply been given that documents are pending and asked me today to submit all the documents again to their office.
Please take neccessory action.

I got insurance of my Tavera bearing regn. No. HR-37-B-0801 insured vide your covernote No. 0877071 for the period 01.11.06 to 31.10.07 paying the cash premium to your agent code No. BAS 295268 for Rs. 14300/-. On 14.10.07, while I was coming from Meerut to Shahjahanpur, the vehicle met with an accident and the vehicle was brought to Shahjahanpur (my place of posting) and placed the vehicle for repair at M/s Super Auto Workshop, Shahjahanpur. The claim was registered vide your claim No. [protected]. Mr. J.B. Jauhari, surveyor of shahjahanpur has assessed the loss and has already submitted his report alongwith all the cash memos.

In this regard, even after lapse of one year my claim has not been settled by you. I shall hereby request you to please settle my claim within 15 days from today, otherwise I will be forced to knock the door of court, for which your company will solely be responsible for all the expenses.
