[Resolved] Reliance General Insurance - Pnb Arogya Shree — Delay/ Non response regarding renewal of mediclaim policy | |
I am a policy holder of PNB Arogya Shree for the past two years. My said policy has expired on 13-02-09. I have been constantly in touch with your executives at contact no. 3033 8282 and I have been given assurances that some executive shall visit my workplace and collect the cheque. However, nothing so happened and eventually after protracted correspondence I could get the postal address of your Andheri branch and they have guided me to send a cheque for Rs 7567/- addressing Reliance General Insurace Co., Ltd., I have ensured sending the cheque at Anehri Brnach on 13-02-09 but till date neither my cheque has been debited nor is ther any correspondence from the Andheri branch. I have already made acomplaint over telephone and my request No. is 181283. Sadly, no response yet from your Insurance company. I do not want my policy to lapse and I also have to produce evidence of mediclaim amount to my office for Income Tax purpose. Please guide me. Was this information helpful? | |

I have renewed my policy on 15/10/2008 and yet i have not received renewal kit there is no any humanbeing there for listen any complaints ..have called so many times mumbay office and Noida office everytime they said have send u renewal kit soon..still m waiting...there is no way to anyone to choose this kind of policy.

My mother has reliance general insurance's PNB arogya shree mediclaim policy. This years premium is due now but till now we have not got any intimation regarding the premium amount. I'm trying your customer care no[protected] but getting no response. Contact us as soon as possible treating the mattert most urgent.

reliance general insurance mediclaim policy — delay in response
My parents have a reliance general insurance mediclaim policy no [protected], cert no. [protected], MA ID no [protected]. My father Sh S R Sharma has to undergo catract operation. I have contacted mirchia hospital Chandigarh for cash less operation. Doctor faxed on dated 13/11/08 to medi assist India pvt ltd, but there is no response till date. During this period I have complained to rel gen ins, complaint no 366499 dated 15/11/08 and tried to contact medi assist office hundereds of time but they don’t pick the fone. Where as company says to tackle claims within 24 hrs. I am very much fed up with this policy and I suggest all to don’t get this policy in future.Please help me to sort out this.
