Reliance GSM Mobile — Unfair balance deduction and no response on customer care

Balance of over Rs. 80 has been deducted unreasonabely deducted from my number and when i called customer care they said "Sorry we cannot access your details today". I simply recharged my number with just Rs.10 to see if it again gets deductedm a message came with information that i have been charged Rs. 3 for some stupid VAS USSD and my remaining balance is Rs.4, and when i tried to call a random number with Rs.4, it said "You have insufficient balance". That whole day and the next day i kept trying to connect to the customer care and all i get is the automatic answering machine first saying "our customer care executive will soon be connected to you" and then "thank you for calling reliance" and the call is automatically disconnected. I am totally fed up with reliance and just want my refund and no other service to mess up with my money and life.

Reliance GSM — balance deducted automatically

When i recharge my number 8102194*** by any amount some balance deducted automatically and i received a message that " Thanks for subscribing *** service.
some time i get message that *** service is not started due to low balance. It happens 4 times with me. 1st time 30 rs. then 10, then again 30, and, again 10. last time i don't get any message from Reliance. when i trying to contact costumer care my calls dropped several times and they deactivate the services but not refunded my amounts. I want help from this forum to how to get my balance back??????????

Reliance GSM — no response to complaint

my mobile number is [protected]. i made a complaint , three time regarding not activating sms service after recharge . i m totally frustrated with reliance gsm service, this case is happening with me second time . i recharge some services but services do not activated.
i got three complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected]. Each time i talk to customer care executives they give me a new complaint number and promises that my problem get resolved within 3 days . but till now my problem has not been resolve.
please look into this matter

Reliance Mobile (GSM) — Deduction of balance

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I am reliance gsm subscriber having mobile number [protected]. Today only (6 Nov 2010) in morning i have noted down my balance as 43.93 INR. When in evening i tried to send a sms it got failed. Then i again checked the balance and i was shocked to see the balance. It was a negative balance (-7.11 INR). I have no activated service except a Rs. 19 SMS pack which was renewed on 4th Nov 2010. When i tried to contact customer care the IVR says "You are not authorised to call. Please recharge your account and call again".
Please show me the way, what should i do? I want my balance back.

Reliance GSM Mobile — worst customer care and money deduction

I have submitted a complaint yesterday for my reliance gsm no [protected].today i got call from reliance number [protected]..I am unable 2 understand the language of their representative.n they said that money is deducted from my account is on 25 oct due to some service activation but i dnt activate any service as my mobile is switched of from 15 oct to 27 oct..I am rally fed up from reliance..i don't want to change my number thats why i am using reliance...plzz do something...and please refund my money..And when i call on 198 reliance complaint number thy did'nt answer my call.

Reliance GSM — random money deduction

Sir,
I would like to bring it to your notice that randomn money deductions have been made from my number([protected])(Reliance GSM),in the name of subscriptions,which i have never subscribed to.
Morever my complaint was also not registered in the customer care centre.
Whenever I call the customer care executives reporting about my money deduction,they ignore my request telling that their server is currently busy,so contact them later.And when I contact them later,they say that they can't help me because of my late contacting them.
Please help me in this regard.I'll be thankful to you.

Reliance — deduction without approval

my mobile no.[protected] which having prepaid connection and Rs.30/- was deducted from my balance for beauty pack service.My quastion is how they can legally do this and what Trai is doing to curb such cheating?Recently i had read the news that Mr.Pranay mukhrajee got advertisement call and mobile company was taken to task but what about common mans grivances.

Yes they do such things...and for these smaller amounts since no body bother;s a lot, they make hefty reserves...beleive 1 million users and rs. 30 from even 10 percent of them comes in crores.

I don;t think there is a resolution to such issues and even if they are resolved over long hours chat with customer care or other authorities, you might get lucky to get back your 30 bucks, nothing else.

Believe it or not, this is a great disappointment and scams big companies are involved in today's date.
