Reliance GSM Mobile — Unfair balance deduction and no response on customer care | |||
Balance of over Rs. 80 has been deducted unreasonabely deducted from my number and when i called customer care they said "Sorry we cannot access your details today". I simply recharged my number with just Rs.10 to see if it again gets deductedm a message came with information that i have been charged Rs. 3 for some stupid VAS USSD and my remaining balance is Rs.4, and when i tried to call a random number with Rs.4, it said "You have insufficient balance". That whole day and the next day i kept trying to connect to the customer care and all i get is the automatic answering machine first saying "our customer care executive will soon be connected to you" and then "thank you for calling reliance" and the call is automatically disconnected. I am totally fed up with reliance and just want my refund and no other service to mess up with my money and life. Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance GSM Mobile — Phone balance deducted with no reason
one day, 35.70 rupees balance was deducted from my phone balance when i made no calls. and then balance was deducted despite recharging for reliance to reliance free night calls. and then on festival occasions, they cut balance for messaging without any notification. please help, i feel robbed by the reliance mobile service. Sir i am using the reliance mobile prepaid connection since last 20 months or so, whenever i am recharging some amount is being deducted without any information, on being asked firstly the customer care is not attending the call, after attending the call also they are putting on hold. on 24 th of dec my amount of Rs 60 is deducted from my balance and when i talked regarding this to the customer care care (Mr. Gurmit) and supervisor Mr. Ramesh singh . they were not able to solve my problem and mr. ramesh was very rough and did not connect me to his seniiors.

First they put up a Job alert subscription, which deducted Rs30 monthly, without me subscribing for it. Then I deactivated it. After that again without any reason Rs 20 was deducted. And this is going on till now. Now they have put my balance in minus. When I spoke to the customer care representative he said that I have put up this and that subscription which is not true. Reliance Mobile GSM — Deduction of balance
Sir/Madam,I have a prepaid Reliance connection [protected]. I had taken this only to recieve calls from my friends and family. My mobile remains switched off most of the day.
But in past 2 months, i'm facing serious problems with it. My balance have been deducted 3 (THREE) times for no cause and finally stops to minimum of -8.99. I tried to contact with customer care for knowing the reason, everytime a new service gets activated automatically saying i recieved the call.
And yesterday[protected] the matter got beyond par. My mobile was switchd off the whole day, then also the service got activated and the customer care says i recieved the call. This is really ridiculous. So plz help me out..!!

reliance service provider deduct my balance randomly and on complaining at customer care service centre they did not reply satisfactorily. i registered my complaint more than 3 to 4 time but nno action was taken by them...........i think reliance is cheating their customer and making profit
hi my name niti and using reliance conection. Reliance Mobile continue deduct on month on month on my no.[protected] activate pack without my permision and tell me that it is not refundeble plz give me my blance for this cheap work

My reliance gsm no. is [protected]. Reliance is activating some packs on my mobile without my prior information. I didn't send any request to start that pack on my mobile. Hi,I am using Reliance CDMA and GSM from last 5 months.
My Numbers are:
1) [protected] (Maharashtra - CDMA)
2) [protected] (Gujarat - GSM )
From last couple of months many a time Rs 30 is being automatically deducted from my balance and when asked to customer care they will give a reason that some service is activated by me. It have happened for more than 7 times. and after discussion with customer care they will deactivate the service but will not give the deducted amount.
This is the issue with my friends also. When I searched on Internet many people are also having same issue. I thing reliance is having bug in the system but they are not willing to accept it cause it is giving them additional revenue.
reliance is the worst network.. i had ever used..

Reliance GSM Services — unfair balance deduction
Company has deducted Rs.50.00 on[protected] at 02:30 pm saying that u have opted for a service called Movie Masala .But i had not opted for any such services. And the executives of the call center said that u can raise ur voice even with TRAI and shut the phone..
this is the thrid time they have deducted my balance in last 5 months.
plz take some necessary actions as possible...

I am customer of Reliance GSM service my mobile no is [protected] I have been continuing this line since 2006. on 24.04.2011 they had deducted rs. 30/- from my mobile balance as wrongly. I have totally socked to see my balance of rs. 12.79 instead of rs. 42.79 and after that i called to customer care and i told them, deducted rs. 30/- from balance wrongly & also told them refund my balance of rs. 30/- but they did not give me the refundable balance which was deducted by them as wrongly. They are activating packages like voice chatting and caller tune and deducting money from balance. I am not activating any packages they activating thereself.
