Reliance GSM Mobile — Unfair balance deduction and no response on customer care

Balance of over Rs. 80 has been deducted unreasonabely deducted from my number and when i called customer care they said "Sorry we cannot access your details today". I simply recharged my number with just Rs.10 to see if it again gets deductedm a message came with information that i have been charged Rs. 3 for some stupid VAS USSD and my remaining balance is Rs.4, and when i tried to call a random number with Rs.4, it said "You have insufficient balance". That whole day and the next day i kept trying to connect to the customer care and all i get is the automatic answering machine first saying "our customer care executive will soon be connected to you" and then "thank you for calling reliance" and the call is automatically disconnected. I am totally fed up with reliance and just want my refund and no other service to mess up with my money and life.

Reliance GSM Mobile — BALANCE DEDUCTED AS WRONG WAY

Dear Sir,
I am Tapan Mazumdar , reliance GSM line took in 2006 of Mob. No. [protected]. On 30.06.2011 they have deducted rs. 10/- from my mobile balance as wrongly way. I have totally surprised to see this. And after that I have told to customer care about it which was totally mistake by them but they haven’t refund my balance of rs. 10/-. They said something has been activated by me that’s why it happened because their system said it I have very much socked to know this their system also done mistake but I know that I haven’t activated anything. I am telling you sir it was totally happened wrong with me. I have very much disappointed for that. Please Sir looks this matter & takes necessary steps.

i want to bring to your notice that reliance company has started to deduct the amount from a innocent customer and i think they are giving salary to his employee by this amount only . i am very unhappy that from my mob no [protected] they have deducted more than Rs 200/- in part by part is has now trend to activate lot o[censored]nwanted service by server and amount is being deducted automatically . kindly do needful and refund my all amount deducted to keep the dignity of ambani group.i will be very thakful for your kind help with thanks Abhishek kumar

Reliance GSM — no response from cust. care and poor network

Because of some network problem messages are not getting delivered for 2 to 3 days.my balance got deducted but the service is not provided yet.and when i tried to talk to customer care there was no response !

Reliance GSM — activation of mitti ke rang

mitti ke rang is activated i want to deactivate it i send the message several times unsub 1155 to 155223 but it is not deactivated and my no is [protected]

Reliance GSM Mobile — Wrong Billing for my Cell No. & Non Redressal of Complaint No. 166429163 dt. 24.11.2011

This complaint is in connection with Recharge of Rs. 58/- ( Special Tariff Plan ) done by me on 23.11.2011 (Receipt also attached ) for my Cell no [protected]. This plan was selected by me seeing your website Instant Recharge which directed me to a screen which showed that charges will be 1p/sec and thus under this impression I recharged my connection ( Copy of the screenshot of your website is also attached ). After successful recharge, I noticed that my charges are being deducted @1.2p/sec after which I contacted customer care @ [protected] who confirmed the same and told that the rates have been revised . To my surprise a Big and renowned corporate Reliance where the name only suggests trust, cheats its customers without even their notice .
This complaint of my may please be taken at the earliest and I shall be charged only at a rate of 1paisa/sec and also refund the excess amount charged from me over 1p/sec .

Reliance GSM Mobile Service Provider — Mobile balance deduction without information

I have taken a GSM prepaid sim from Reliance service provider. They are the worst service provider among the all other prepaid service providers. They are dealing with customer worst fully. They are cutting the mobile balance without informing to the customer. if you don't see your balance regularly you can not catch them or it is very difficult to catch them, they cut Rs 0.5 per day or they cut weekly Rs. 10 or suddenly Rs. 30-40 when they show more balance in mobile. I have activated DND in my mobile after that they are doing all these cutting balance without information. From my mobile balance they regularly deducting Rs. 10 as well as Rs. 30 in some interval of time since Oct 2011 but they never inform me about these cuts. When i came to know about this and contact them regarding this matter, they are telling that day by day they are activating some service without informing and are they cut the balance, and blame me that i have activated all these. I have have no idea about these service what they are talking about because i never used all the service.Please let me know how to give punishment to the provider. This type of service may be they are doing with all the customer, which need to know all the customers. When you call them they misbehave with customer in their customer care service.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service Provider — UNSOLICITED SUBSCRIPTION-MUSIC MANIA

It is unfortunate to inform that an amount of Rs30/- is deducted from my GSM prepaid connection ( [protected]) towards Reliance Music Mania with out my consent. This is happening like this 3rd or 4th time like this. I wanted to change the connection to AIRTEL for which Reliance is not co operating and it is really painful to say again and again about the irresponsible and unethical business practices of Reliance. I dont have other option but to discontinue all the reliance services in my life.
