[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Postpaid — Internet plan not activated and no one receiving call to update status, lot of balance deducted in calling reliance customer care

Hi,

I have raised a request in reliance customer care to activate 99 rs internet plan on my mobile [protected].
It has been more than 10 days and only 2 times they have received my call rest of the times their representatives are always busy.

As they charge 50 paise/3 mins, i am damm sure they are doing this to earn money from their customer to apply for 99 rs plan i thing i have spent enough amount from my mobile and still no action taken from their side.

I am writing this mail in very bad mental situation as i am tired of calling them, wasting my money, time and mental balance.
Even i am tired of sending them mail and bagging to provide me internet service on my mobile.

Main points of my complaint are as follows :

Internet plan not activated.
Tired of calling customer care and no one receives call.
If by mistake any representative receives call either he says currently they have no internet plans available (for gods sake its a mobile company not a mobile recharge shop!!! how come it is possible?) or says that we have logged your request please call us back in 24 hours.
Now i am calling since last 72 hours and no one receiving my call and parallaly my bill is increasing as it is a paid customer care.
If i calculate then to activate 99 rs pack i have already called them that many times so that my mobile bill is increased up to 45 rs.

Please take a strict action against them.

Same thing again. i am regularly on call since last 20 mins which is chargeble 50 paise/3 min and no one is receiving my call... says customer service representatives are still busy on call.

When need service feedback you guys call us 3-4 times in busy hours.
When actually i need your services, there is no one to help me out.

Vety poor service i rate it as "-1" disgraceful services.

Can you activate 99 rs internet pack on my number?

RELIANCE INTERNET — CHARGE MORE AND NO INTERNET

I have internet connection post paid and with reliance and they send me sms on internet to pay 1370 rps,which money i have paid but not internet connection.they ask me more money and i have only for less than a month .
contract for 650 rps a month.
the service is bad and they dont meet the requirements to be in buiseness

Reliance GSM Postpaid — no not activate

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Relaince GSM Postpaid no for Rs. 450/- (Card charges + Secuirty deposit) from an dealer outlet in south delhi,i on 29th July 2009. I had submitted my documents and photo at the very same moment.

The representative told me that the nod will be activated within 24 hours. He also told me that there will be an address verification done but did not mention to me that till the time the address verification is completed the no will not be activated.


Request you to please look into the matter and get the necessary things done.

Reliance GSM — NOT CHARGING ANY SPECIAL OFFER

sir i have a number [protected] since 3 YERAS.
I have activated Rs.48/- special offer (Rs.0.50 per min.) on 9.15pm dated 03.12.2009.
But since yet I am able to recharge any special offer.i.e, Rs.40/-, Rs.24/-.
After giving several complaint my problem is not solved yet.

Reliance GSM MOBILE POSTPAID — Not Getting Service, Money paid for

Dear Sir, On 19/12/09, I paid Rs.250/- Security money refundable in Sector-16 Outlet of Reliance, Faridabad with all necessary documents after assurance by their staff that Reliance GSM Service will work in roaming through-out India as my mother was going for a teerath yatra. On 20/12/09, their verification people came to my house and after filling necessities confirmed and verified the same. But my mother could use the service only for 3-4 days afterwards during her travel, poor network problem. She is still on her pilgrimage facing inconviniance, when I have paid for the service. I have been making visits to Reliance outlet since 28th of December with no outcome. They not even ready to receive application from me regarding the complaint that I am not getting service from their network and hence shall close this connection and refund my money.

Please advise, How can I get refund of my Security amount deposited with Reliance ?

Reliance GSM Postpaid — Humiliation

Hi,

I had used Reliance GSM postpaid (CUG-[protected]) service for 1-2 months but closed my connection because of consistent bad network or no network problems (In spite of many complaints there were no improvement).



I had also opened many tickets to correct my name on bill but there were no output so at the time of final settlement of my pending last bill I have asked the Reliance agents (Devendra, Manoj) to give me correct bill and I will pay the final amount because my company is not accepting that bills for reimbursement. This process keep on going around for 2-3 months in between they used to came at my residence often and I had provided them all the documents whatever they asked but since last few months there is no update from their side and today surprisingly they are scolding me to fire a court case.


Its so humiliating that in spite of giving me currect bills they are scolding me when I never refused to pay the bill amount.

Please HELP.

Reliance GSM Postpaid — CHEATING

I am the owner of crazy car world located in guntur..

in march 2010,reliance executive has come to our office and said that..reliance has launched its gsm service and insisted me to take the connections..

am a old customer of reliance cdma..i thought that gsm service is also be a better service provider.

i have taken 26 connections in the name of my firm for my employees..

they alloted 25 connections in one account and my personal number is in another account..

i have been using the same connections since 6 months..

3 months back i have given a compliant about signal problem..i have very much suffered and my employees are vexed using those reliance connections because of the Signal problem..

so 3 months back i have given a written complaint and written letter for the termination of those 25 connections..

since 3 months iam using only one connection no:[protected]

but 2 days back reliance people disconnected my number and allotted me the new number with out any notice

the new no is :- [protected]

i went to reliance web world situated in ArundalPet main road guntur for this problem..

they said me that..25 connections is not yet terminated..you have to pay the bill of rs 5500..

with in a minute i have paid the 5500 amount

actually i should not pay the amount because i have given a cancellation request 3 months back..but they were not processed the request and sent me all 3 months bills

how ever i have paid and cleared all the pending bills of my 26 connections..

then i have talked with vijayawada reliance people and they said they can active my connection with in a day..

but they cheated me like anything..after paying the bill also..they did not activated my original number that is[protected]

i have been using the same number since 6 months..I am engaged into several business activities and i am using this number as my personal number..

i have given my number to so many business hi professionals every day i am getting more than 50 calls from my business dealers and other people

but last 2 days my number was disconnected suddenly..and provided me a another number..

my number[protected] is minus 10000 balance i have paid 10000 rupees at a time with out bill and all..

I want to know what is the issue behind this activity..

Am i slave to reliance people??

With out Any notice how they will deactivate my existing Number??

With out my permission How they will change my Number??

is that reliance employees does have a minimum common sense??

If there is any issue?? why don't they give me an notice or sms or mail??

Why they haven't tried to reach me about this issue??

They sent every small offers as sms?? Then Why they did not approached me about this issue??

After paying the Bill also it has been passed 48 hours..still they are not activated my number??

I am Missing Hundreds of calls from my business dealers who will take the responsible for it??

i Am losing lakhs of rupees for this activity done by reliance GSM service provider..

there is no such a person is responding to me about the Issue..

Then Who will solve my problem??

I want all my connections back immediate else i will file a suit against reliance communications people in high court of andhra pradesh..

and i can serve a notice that why i should not file a defamation petition for this damage??

Try to solve my Issue as early as possible.

I had taken vodafone pospaid plan 199 on 2 may 2011,i got only mobile number [protected] still this number is not activeted.
I am very old consumer of vodafone this time i am realy disappointed.
