this is to inform you sir that my account balance is been monthly deducted by Rs-30/- for a devotional pack, which i have never subscribed.on talking to customer care service i was not given a proper answer and was said that there's no such deduction.
but every month i receive an sms verifying that a devotional pack is renewed to me and my balance is reduced.
i m sending u the sms details

its my kind request that please close this subscription pack, and kindly atleast return my last Rs-30/- balance

my mobile is [protected], Rs 20 has been deducted twice from my mobile unnecessary stating reason for using text messages subscription from Http://gclub.in from number 64611020.
My mobile doesen't support any WAP. Due to deduction of your balance I could't make a important call in time for which i lost Rs 10, 000/- .and u people have to incur my loss. I am farwarding this issue to Customer court if you did not attend or give immediate feedback. and more over the above said site does not have an option to un-subscribe this service.

Reliance GSM — cut off money

this is kavi bunsa from Pune and I am using smart GSM prepaid service since last 1 yrs but in last 15 days i lost may 30 rupess balance at three times.because o[censored]nusual advertisement phone calls of callertune and any other services. i called customer care but they told it is my fault but i didnt start any kind of services.what should i do? my mobile no. is [protected]

I have purchased a Reliance Prepaid GSM connection just one month back. my mobile no is [protected].
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have received a messege from Reliance on 23/11/2009 that my voice chat service has been activated and there was a deduction of Rs 30 from my account whereas i have never applied for any kind of service. I am a regular user of mobile phone for the last 10 years. I have tried many times the coustomer care number but that is also not responding.This is really painfull that a company like Reliance is doing this kind of activity and harrasing the Coustomers.
Please look in to the matter.

last when i confirm my balance on 11.6.10 it was around 39 rupee and again i called in next day 12.06.10 it was 7 rupee so want to confirm that reason.

I also called to cust care but that time connectivity was not working.

Reliance GSM — regarding deduction of balance unnecessarily

i have recharge my mobile no.[protected] with a balance of 50rs.today.but after recharge from my balance approx rs40.0 has been deducted automatically.this happen many times whenever i am trying to recharge my mobile my balance has been deducted.when i had talk to customer care then customer care has trying to mis guide me that they were saying that due to my fault my balance has been deducted.but on my no i have not activate any pack on my no or no pack is running on my no.So due to this i am facing a lot of problems.
so request u to take action against this complain and remove the fault.

i'm your gsm reliance customer mobile no [protected].My account balance is deducted unnecessary.same it was in oct10 month also.as when i confirm my balance on 31.12.10 it was around 37 rupee and again i called in next day 01.01.10 it was 9 rupee so want to confirm that reason.

I also called to cust care but that time connectivity was not working.

I HAVE BEEN FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF RELIANCE GSM SERVICES THEY DEDUCT THE BALANCE NOW AND THEN AND ACTIVATE VARIOUS OFFERS WITH OUT CUSTOMERS WISH AND REFUSE TO REFUND THE BALANCE TOO AND I HAVE FACED THIS PROBLEM MANY TIMES IN PAST AFTER MY REPEATED REQUESTS THEY HAVNT STOPPED DOING THIS I HAVE 2 CONNECTIONS OF R GSM PROBLEM EXISTS FOR BOTH OF THEM KINDLY DO THE NEED FUL SO THAT CUSTOMERS ARE NOT MADE TO PAY MONEY UN NCESSARLY THEY SHOULDNT BE FORCED LIKE THIS AND THIS IS ONLY WITH ME I KNOW MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE FACED SAME PROBLEM IT SEEMS THAT THEY SELECT RANDOM NUMBERS AND DEDUCT BALANCE TO FILL THERE POCKETS STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN ON THEM.

1. top up done for Rs 100 0n 12th feb plus sp 39 for sms pack twice on 12th and 14th feb,. but no activation of sms done
2. rs 39 cut for sms on its own from rs 100 and again returnedon its own, again rs 3.10 cut for 5days sms on its own and sms pack activated , but deactivated on its own
3, top up done for rs 100 on 16th feb on line , but 30 rs dedecteded w/out any request ffrom me
deduction of money for scheme with out any request is not u/stood
custmer care not picking up , or if picking up cutting off deliberately
pl resolve or else i will chg over to somee other network

Reliance GSM — Prepaid balance deducted

I am using Reliance GSM prepaid service-[protected], for the past 1year. Also I have earlier submitted a complaint for the same issue few months back.
My prepaid balance get deducted and when approached, the customer care executive answers as I have activated some service and hence the deduction. The last was on 20/04/2011 around 11:15 am Rs.3 was deducted as daily charges for cricket updates. I have never activated such a scheme.
This is the fourth time I'm experiencing the same problem in the past 7 months.

Services are not provided rationally by the company.

deducting money Unnecessarily on the name of services which are not activated by me and they are not retaining money back.
they r just sucking the balance directly and our blood indirectly.
contacting customer care is no use,just telling it wont repeat but its repeating.
it looks like small thing but its just like a big scam

Hi this is satish I gave the above complaint about balance deduction unnecessarily on reliance and I got a quick response from the company .im happy to get such a quick response, and still im waiting for my balance
