[Resolved] Reliance GSM Prepaid Service — missed call alert services

i m Reliance GSM Prepaid service holder with mob no. [protected]. i have received a msg on 17NOV 2009 from 51234 and the msg was that "As a promotional offer, you will get MIssed Call Alerts FREE for 30 days!!". so according to it the offer expires on 17DEC 2009. but when i get my phone recharge with a sum of Rs 50 on 24 JAN 2010 Rs 20 has been deducted from my account. i had lodged a complaint against this with complaint No.[protected]. Still there is no reply after complain(more than 10 Days) about deduction of my wrong balance ...

Reliance GSM — renewed Miss Call alert without any Information

Before 10 days i got a call from Reliance GSM. He informed me that they are giving Misscall alert facility free for 10 days and they ended the call. after 10 daqy i got msg that my miss call alert facility has been renewed for 15 rupees.. they didnt informed me about this.. when i talked to Customer Care Center. they didnt helped and said we cant refund that balance as u didnt unsuscribe this service within this 10 days.
